smirked the Keeper as he tossed his two edged sword aside and closed his eyes. A hot furnace appeared all over him yet he wasn't burning. He plunged at her with fireballs.

It was just exploring options. But those practical thoughts exited stage left the second Macky set the box on the counter and flipped it open. and a skim of heat washed through her, followed by a prickle of gooseflesh that made her feel suddenly awake, though she hadn’t been aware of being sleepy. The keeper grinned. "You like it?" "Oh, yes," she breathed. "Yes, I do." because it wasn’t just any book. It was the book. It had to be.

Taming the Fire Dragon

Taming the Fire Dragon

“But she had me put my hand in her fire and it didn’t burn me at all. I can’t believe it. When Kenna was blasting her fire everywhere, it was so hot. But now ...” “Kenna’s fire is hotter than mine, especially when you add the full force of her emotions behind it,” Ember says to him. When she pulls her hand out of his, Killian looks like he wants to pull it back, but he doesn’t, once again giving her the space she needs. “But you’re right. You are immune to a fire dragon’s fire now.”

Kenna and Yhendorns story was a long time coming, and it was everything I could’ve hoped it’d be! Thoroughly enjoyed reading this book - although every story by Cooper is truly a great read. So excited for what’s to come! As always, author - amazing job! :)

The Neighborhood Keeper

The Neighborhood Keeper

A complete wreck by then, I asked, “Am I nothing but a lover to you?” I was hoping she’d say no. Hannah looked at me in shock. Moments later, she burst into chuckles. “Don’t tell me that you’ve fallen for me, Brook. “I was obviously coming onto you when we first met. Were you too dense to realize that? “Are you unaware of the nature of the job when you applied? You’re basically the communal lover of the residents here. “Didn’t you read the fine print? What did you expect out of an easy and high-paying security job?”

Echoes in the Ashes

Echoes in the Ashes

" The Warning of the Keeper They returned to the chamber as the light dimmed. Now the book was open, with only one glowing sign on each of its blank pages. The Keeper's shape dimmed as it watched them. "The first step has been taken by you. You will be put to the test in ways you cannot predict on the journey ahead. Zara gripped the book. "Together, we will confront it." With a resolute expression on his face, Elias put his sword away. "Is this still going on?" The Keeper's quiet was sufficient response. The room started to fall apart as they turned to go. Cracks began to appear in the walls as the ground trembled fiercely.

The Pack's Secret Keeper

The Pack's Secret Keeper

“Have a good night.” “You too,” she watched him go and pay. “F-k,” she muttered under her breath. She was going to have to read the documents and decide whether to destroy them or to pass them to Chris’ group of parents. She didn’t want to read about the misery of other people when she was so raw from the Triquetra. As she took the bottles up to the cash register, she saw that a copy of The Secret Keeper was tacked to the board behind the register. “You’ve seen it?” The clerk followed her gaze and grinned. “Our town vigilante has got a lot of people scratching their heads and looking sideways at their neighbours.”

Excellent writing, character and story development. Love the back and forth between times. Author Keeps your emotions and interest high. Be prepared to be in this for the long haul as there are several books but well worth the read!
girlbythewindow
This is so much more than a werewolf/supernatural romance. It got me hooked up from chapter 1. It is extremely well written and deals with a lot of contemporary issues in such a honest, meaningful and beautiful way while delivering a engaging plot! Eager to read the rest of the series!

Forgotten Embers

Forgotten Embers

Prologue II: Pyre, 3113 Pyre Av 5, 3113 Stephan Caliphus, King Everything was on fire the night he finished the book in the back room of a borrowed house. He laid his glasses down on the desk in front of him and rubbed his tired eyes. The crackling of flames could be heard as the city burned all around them. The blood curdling screams of the men in the streets where they died was enough to make the blood of the fiercest warrior run cold, but he was a man of empathy and it hurt him more than it did the others.

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

Freya Rose Book Four ~ Heartbroken By A Hunter

I went to pull the rug back over the hatch, but Finn grabbed it out of my hands and shouted, “I'll do it, you open that fucking door!” I didn't like how he spoke to me, but now wasn't the time for arguments. I placed my hand onto the mirror and unlocked it. I then sprinted through the mansion and towards the garden. Once I got to the back doors I froze at the scene that awaited me. All five of my pack were in their wolf forms, and Tana's wolf was ignited in flames. They were all snarling, growling and snapping at a levitating fireball. I knew instantly that it was an ascended and extremely pissed off Mason. I could feel his rage as soon as I reached the garden.

Obviously the story line is good as I've read up to book 4. I must say I hate Freya a little bit at this point in time but who knows if that will change. Onto book 5. I wonder if that's where it ends for Freya?
Somerset Phillips
words cannot describe how amazing this author is !! I have remained glued to the stories and on the edge of my seat throughout. The books should be in a book store ! I truly hope someone finds these books and makes them into a move as that would be truly exceptional... eagerly awaiting the next book

Apocalypse Elements Book One: Fire

Apocalypse Elements Book One: Fire

Xalvy had her hand on my shoulder and she squeezed it softly as she spoke. Even then, I was reluctant to show her what I was becoming. To make matters worse, I didn't know how to put the flames surrounding my hands out. "Kalama, listen to me, if you were evil, you wouldn't have inherited the Fire Element." Finn's voice sounded very close. My curiosity was winning from my fear. " And you wouldn't have been chosen to be the fif,-" Finn stopped mid-sentence when I lifted my head and looked at him.

I like your idea for a story. I would love to read this book and find out what you have prepared for the readers. End of the world stuff are from my favorites, but there aren't many books with this motive ;)

This story really ticked my curiosity. I keep on predicting what would happen next. Can't wait to know more about Kalama and the choices that she would make? This story is worth your time. Good Job, author! ?
