Are you crazy?! If you lay a finger on me, the old man won't ever forgive you!" Frank hesitated at the mention of Henry and lowered his hand. "Frank!" Henry himself called out to him from upstairs just then. "Is that you, Frank?"

This was the one man he should not mess with! Bone-chilling terror seized Martin even as he started pushing himself off the floor, ready to flee. But as soon as he moved, Henry put his foot on Martin's hand. Those hands had touched Tina. There was no reason for him to keep them! "No, wait!" Even as Martin looked on in fear, Henry remained impassive as he put his foot down. "Argh—mmph!" Andy silenced Martin again before he could scream. By the time Henry lifted his foot, Martin was sweating all over, his hand crippled.

Let me know immediately. ‘What I have been trying to tell you is that I am capable of taking care of myself, don't worry about me.’ I assured him. ‘Henry has men at his disposal. Men that are willing to pave ways for him even if it means taking lives. That man may not seem like it but he is dangerous.'

'He will fail miserably,' Dominic thought. "Was it you who broke into the Seltzer mansion and seriously injured the guards?" Dominic asked coldly. "Yes." Henry appeared calm as he walked out casually. There was no fear in his eyes. Lydia was stunned by Henry's response. He did not seem afraid. However, that could easily provoke terrifying individuals and lead to his own death. If Lewis' was right, Henry was in danger. As expected, Dominic became even more enraged and murderous. He asked, "Was it you who barged into the hospital and slapped my daughter-in-law?"

“In front of everyone. You don’t understand how that looked.” There was a pause, then his tone softened, dark velvet. “You don’t understand the kind of enemies I have, Amara. Leaving like that… it puts you in danger.” Her throat tightened. The danger part wasn’t new but the way he said it was. Like it wasn’t a threat, but a warning. “Dante—” “Lock your doors,” he interrupted quietly. “And don’t trust anyone tonight.” The line went dead. She stared at her phone, pulse hammering.
