Melissa, you know I didn’t finish the story?” Melissa’s POV I have long forgotten the ending of the story, so I didn’t know whether he finished it or not. “The lion took care of the antelopes calves, just to later sacrifice them to other lions. That’s true revenge!” he said clasping my shoulder. A cold shiver and sweat ran down my back. “Do you know who Kate is?” he asked me. I really think that he has lost it. Kate is my son Albert’s girlfriend. “What do you mean?” I asked him.

I said. “Please call me Gale, and this way please, your highness,” he said as he showed me the way. — It has been 5 minutes and we are now on our way to the training grounds. “Who are you?” The woman in front of us said. She has red hair and purple eyes. It's obvious that she would ask me because I changed my appearance to black hair and brown eyes. “Greetings to the Duchess of the Northern territory, may the Guardians of the North Bless you,” I greeted her as I curtsied.

, Gale meant about her ex-lover Kent, his stepbrother. Lucy quickly shook her head. He was wrong because she cursed Kent and erased him in her mind, heart, and life. "No. It's about my son. He's a big guy now and I hope I can talk to him with a lot of time." Her eyes began to be saddened. Gale holds her shoulders to support her grievances. He knows how devastated Lucy was. "You can meet Austin tomorrow make sure that no one will find out that your Lucy!", Gale told her. " Of course. I'm Greta Stone and I don't even know the girl Lucy Mason. I just resemble her." She replied at Gale and both of them made a wide smile on their faces.

Evelyn's POV "I, Alpha Kyle Turner, reject you, Evelyn Sanders, as my mate." Alpha Kyle hoarse voice boomed in my ears making me freeze on my tracks, his voice laced with disgust. Crack! A cracking sound resounded inside my body and I felt as if a part of me was forcefully torn and taken away. My wolf howled in pain but there was nothing I could do about it. Tears flowed down my face as the pain became immeasurable, increasing with each second to the point I was unable to tolerate it. I could care less about the gazes on me. I was already used to it.

Liana’s POV I turn my attention back to the alpha, observing his kilt crafted from vibrant red tartan. My eyes unintentionally drift down to his calves, which resemble thick tree trunks. I gulp nervously. “They’re the same, aren’t they?” he remarks. “So?”

I bluff. Dammnit, Gale! “Do you just call me attractive?” “Is that all you got from the speech? Seriously, and no. I don’t find you attractive.” I fire back. He looks at me pointedly and laughs. “You do, and you know it! Admit it, Gale! You find me Hella attractive.” He smirks, looking pleased with himself. I scoff. He drives out to the university. He looks at me and winks. “Keep your eyes on the road, pretty boy!” I screamed, as he dodged another car. He rolls his eyes.

That would have been dead embarrassing. After having lunch, I've been booked in for a hairdresser and make-up. The only thing I demanded, in the end, I want to recognize myself and not look like some dressed up doll who has nothing to do with me. Gale is so funny, she's acting as if this was a wedding. She kept the dress and shoes at their place and I had to come along with her to get changed at Dean's parents' house. Somehow, I feel dead embarrassed, but Gale is ever so sweet eith all of it. And I think she's a little excited herself. She tells me she could never have any kids of her own, and she would have loved to have a daughter. Guess this is her way of catching up.
