“It’s fine,” I reply, shrugging. “Actually, it was nice. For a short while, anyway. Every time I went there and you were there, I got to pretend I was just a normal guy.”
“Guy, maybe not,” Ghost teases, his lips quirking up. “Boy sounds more like it.”
I glare at him, though I can’t stop the corner of my mouth from twitching. “You do realize you’re only two years older than me, right?”
