Goddess Hunting Manga Novels & Stories

I guess this place is really magical, at least, now we both have a paper. “We don’t need to memorize it. We can keep the paper,” I tell Becca, and she narrows her eyes again, undoubtedly contemplating if it’s safe to take it with us. “It doesn’t mention anything about werewolves. But Hunters must know that we worship the Moon Goddess,” she says with finality, and to be honest, she is right about it. Again. “Let’s drop them into the water. That will wash away the ink.” She nods, and I throw them back.

And that’s the point where the mind went crazy and any normal human would pray for something to happen. “Moon Goddess!” she yelled and revolted. “What's so good about being a royal or a primordial wolf if I am for no use right now!” Are you fucking mocking me ?” and she runs directly to Manganiello , killing in her way everyone, while the rest of the alphas remain with their mouths wide open. They came here to fight, and yes in less than ten minutes Meredith killed in fury half of those hunters. “Give me my power, Moon Goddess!” Meredith yelled and jumping in the air she hit Manganiello with Artemis’s paws in his head and his back, making him fall to the ground.

It was always annoying, but I had learned to live with all of Emma's annoying characters. For a brief second the girl's eyes and mine locked, we stared at each other and I could tell she was sizing me up. I was taller than her, but I couldn't say I was good in combat, not even a bow and arrow I could handle. The girl didn't look like she could fight hand to hand, but she looked like someone skilled in shooting arrows. So, she had the advantage and could kill me with only an arrow, since I was an awful runner. “I am the goddess of the moon.” The girl said when she finally decided to speak. “Wild animals, wilderness, hunt, chastity, virginity….”

Artemis is the goddess of hunting and wilderness and on what grounds would she lend her Hind to a mortal like me? His hands disappear under his black cloak before he pulls out a Golden Horn out of it. He steps forward before handing it to me. “Call her. She will listen. Not all gods are bad. At least not when you haven’t crossed them.” He says and I fight back the urge to roll my eyes at him. I know that I yelled profanities at Arles and questioned his powers and successfully crossed him but I was stating facts! It’s not my fault that he cannot handle the truth.

Chills run through my back and I shudder in my fright, why does the moon goddess keep bringing me to where the tragedy happened? My eyes start to blur, and everyone present starts to fade, in the vision, heavy thunder ripples through the trees, Dante holding a dagger and laughing and then I see her. Brown full beautiful hair dripping with rain water, and then her low growl of pain when the dagger connects with her stomach. The pool of blood that gathers around her stomach is seen clearly, she stumbles towards the floor, and at that moment, she looks up and a tear rushes down her cheeks. Deep golden amber eyes, it’s her. And, oh goddess, she looks so much like him

When what I considered was my last struggle or plea to the goddess I saw all the torches in the dome blow out and as if something beckoned me to look up and the image that had stupefied me before made from the glowing lights seemed to come to life. In the center of the dark arena was an outlined art of the goddess with her flowing hair and godly white dress flaring around her. It was the image of the Moon Goddess with a dagger in her hand. The image before hadn’t been clear enough but now with the lights out, I could make out that she wasn’t just holding the dagger she was actually plunging it in through the center of a disfigured creature’s forehead.

Carlin requested for Adele to bring something to relive my headache, it was another obnoxious brew, I closed my nose and began drinking. We described out experience to her leaving nothing. She nodded a lot but said very little. It was starting to annoy me. “The Hunter God is from a different time of war and bloodshed. He’s the reason why we have senses and physical powers,” She said finally. “It will not be easy going against him. But you have Moon Goddess blessings.” Carlin and I nodded. “Let’s go back to my father. I have an announcement to make.” He said. I wondered what he was going to say.

“What are those?“, she asked. “You do not know?“, He asked. She shook her head in response. “I don’t know at all.“, she said. “An Amaterasu is a sun goddess. A Yōsei is a bewitching fairy. You very well may be a fallen goddess or a fairy. You are small enough.“, Mitsuhide replied. “I don’t believe I am either.“, she said with a smile. “I wouldn’t be so sure of that. You came to me in a dream, last night.“, he said as he again took a step closer to her. “I did?“, she asked. “You are not of this place. Everything about you says so.“, he said as he reached out and touched her shirt. “It is silk, and it is form fitting.”

’ She said quietly walking across to the bed and letting out a gasp when she saw who it was, ‘Princess Aurora?’ Her eyes locked onto his, ‘The Hunter Leader's daughter is your mate?’ Alexis sighed and nodded, ‘Yeah, obviously the Moon Goddess enjoys her little jokes.’ Morgana was not laughing though not even smiling as she turned back to Aurora and lifted her hands over her beginning to chant in the ancient language of the Old Ones. The Witch concentrated her eyes closed her body beginning to glow as she reached into Aurora’s mind suddenly without warning she let out a gasp as she was thrown across the room.

The creature let out an ear-splitting howl, its claws scraping the stone floor. Godiva raised her hand. “Wait. It’s not attacking.” She stepped closer, her courage unwavering. The wolf’s gaze fixed on her, unblinking. Slowly, she knelt and bowed her head. “I am Godiva, daughter of Selena, the Moon Goddess. I seek guidance from the Moon Goddess to protect my pack and halt the darkness.” The creature hesitated, then bowed its head in acknowledgment. The air shimmered around us, and its form dissolved into silvery light, revealing a staircase descending into the temple.
