THE CURSED NECKLACE

THE CURSED NECKLACE

One skeletal hand gripped the throat of a terrified maid’s child. The little girl sobbed weakly in its hold. The figure slowly turned toward Elena. Then laughed. The sound was horrifying. Not human. Like multiple voices laughing at once. Roberto entered behind Elena and immediately reached for his weapon. The figure tilted its head beneath the hood. “Well,” it rasped mockingly. “The chosen awakens.” Elena stepped forward slowly. The golden sword dragged against the floor behind her— SCREECH. Golden flames erupted wherever the blade touched. “How dare you,” Elena whispered.

boy himself. Kaelen didn't look at the horizon. He was looking at his own palm. A single, silver-glass needle was appearing in his hand—the same one the Architects had used. But it wasn't white. It was turning a solid, glowing "Genesis Gold." "Mama... Dada..." Kaelen whispered, his eyes turning a solid, glowing "Unmapped" violet. He didn't look at them with love or hate. He looked at them with the look of someone who had just seen the "Next Book."

The secret city (Primogentius series Book 1)

The secret city (Primogentius series Book 1)

I assumed that they were the council members. To the left stood a tall man somewhere in his thirties at a guess, his short crop of bright red hair gave away who he was. Crowley Bravon, an Elementalist, his abilities were as you would expect, he had control over all four of the elements, fire water earth and air. It was one of the cooler races I had read about. He was known, according to what Cole had said in one of his lessons, for his love of beasts and promotion of animal welfare rights.

Her silver hair touched the ground and she held herself with the grace of a true Elemental Royal. 'Liselle Faemone' Caroline gasped, the Queen of all Elementals...meaning that Elena was the lost princess, dreams made flesh. Liselle cried, the sound causing every wolf in the vicinity to drop to the ground as the wind ripped through the magic-filled path leading to the field beyond. I've read a lot of shifter books and this book stands above them all. I couldn't put it down when the author posted on inkitt, and now that her complete series is here, I'm stoked, buying the chapters isn't even an issue, I am completely addicted. Thanks Venom!!

After reading many many different book on many different platforms, this book is by far the most tantalising, it has totally bewitched me. No book or story have ever got me day dreaming of what happens next whilst I do my daily tasks. There is not enough time in a day to keep constantly reading.

Blue Thunder: The Rise of the Legend - book 1

“Then sure, we probably will have questions. I thought you were also an elemental mage like us… but with a slightly blueish skin.” “Nope! I’m an elemental, yes, but an elemental elf. You can call me Petaan. I’m surprised you can see through my glamour; younglings your age shouldn’t be able to see my true skin colour. That being said, I will not keep you here any longer. Go have fun, I will see you later!” “See you later!” said Coralis. The girls got out of the car and following their driver’s instructions, they entered the elemental mall.

Aurelia:The Huntress

The newcomer grimaced at her roar. "Well, well, well!" He sighed after her voice and its echo had subsided. The Elevender was very tall, with golden hair and eyes the color of lapis lazuli. Absolutely calm, he strolled to the scene of the event and looked around carefully and obviously absolutely satisfied, then looked directly at Aurelia.

The Vampire's Rejected Wolf

The Vampire's Rejected Wolf

Hayley sighed and said, “today when we were attacked, I felt this sudden power inside of me and I was able to fight with those people, when I talked to Dawn, she told me that I am actually a hybrid, I am half werewolf and half guardian. But she not sure about the guardian part since the guardians have weapons and I don’t… she told me that maybe you would know more about this matter, so Bryan I need your help. To understand this…” Hayley then lifted the sleeve of her shirt and showed Bryan the mark that had formed over her skin, “Well, I didn’t get a weapon, but I sure got a tattoo.” Bryan took a look at it and said, “well, this is certainly interesting, you are surely not a guardian, but I t

the "Unseen." The Council of the Three Elements As the "reformatting" took hold, Kael’s eyes snapped open. They were no longer amber. They were a liquid, molten gold that seemed to hold the weight of the Earth's core. He didn't speak. He reached out and gripped Elara’s hand. The moment their skin touched, a pillar of white light shot up from the pier, connecting the harbor to the sky. The Trench-King let out a low, vibrating hum, and all across Oakhaven, the stabilized shifters fell to their knees.
