Slowly, Abigail got up from her seat and walked towards the back corner booth, it was the only one with a window that looked out into the alley, she wanted to see what was going on. Abigail could not hear anything that was said, but she could tell the conversation was anything but calm. Suddenly she saw it, Mr.Goldbergs eyes flashed yellow, and Daniel’s flashed the color of midnight. She could believe what she had just seen. Abigail was completely engrossed as she watched pitch black wings extrude from Daniels back, he was the epitome of Death in its purest form.

I need a little help here. The map glows for a moment, points toward the bed, and then goes blank again. I walk over to the bed. I pull back the covers and look under the pillows, but nothing. I go to my knees and look under the bed. Beneath the bed, I see a dark brown and black amulet shining at me, waiting for me to take it home. There is also a set of eyeballs looking at me.

“I want to just confirm again that I will see my mother when I’m done with what you want.” “Yes. You will see your mother.” I answered, and my eyes blazed red for a second before a vicious grin tugged on my mouth. I will show her her mother’s decaying body. I never told her she was still alive in the first place. Zelda, her mother, died at the hands of Lucien, Lucius’ father. She was my father’s witch first, but Lucien bought her from him when he needed a witch to administer his daughter’s cleansing. But she ended up dead. Not that my father or I care. Species die in the underworld every day. It was nothing unusual.

The lorth magician and the alchemist were the only ones left, and the alchemist had been useless in the fight since it began. “What dose of mutagen is this? He is more beast than man?!” The lorth mage asked his alchemist. “I'm not familiar with this elixir; it must be his creation,” the alchemist said. The lorth mage asked rhetorically, "What are you good for, you moron?" The cloud dissipated, and Rhaizen Gale emerged. His arms had ripped his shirt sleeves and his legs had pulled his trousers apart.

“They will take us to the deathless lands.” The Zoryas led the trio down a hallway to the east and used the keys around their necks to unlock a set of platinum doors. The howl of wind clashed beyond, and the doors opened to reveal a summer storm over thick jeweled forests. The Zoryas nodded, and Morozko followed Ivan and Greyback into the land of the undead.

My world narrowed to her broken form. She’s hurt. She lifted her head slightly, her swollen lips parting as if to call my name, but no sound came out. My vision blurred immediately. A slow, taunting clap echoed through the hall, followed by the sound of footsteps against the polished floor. Then I heard her voice. Zelda. She strolled in with an air of majesty, her dark robes flowing behind her like the wings of a vulture. Her smirk was triumphant, and she had a wicked amused gaze on her. Damon must have released her before coming here.

The old man pushed Zelda and jumped a few steps back, “go away… don’t think of robbing this old man.” Zelda’s lips curled into an evil arc, “6 beads, 6 amazonite crystals and a fist full of finely crushed mugwort and clear quartz.” The old man was about to shake his head once again when he felt a gust of wind rush past in… and in the blink of an eye, his waist pouch was in Zelda’s hands. She threw it in the air a few times with a victorious grin before opening and peering inside. She picked out everything she wanted and threw the pouch back to the old man.

Zelda the witch looked me up and down with deep, hollow eyes. "Interesting." She reached out a bony finger and tapped my forehead. She pulled out a squirming stream of black smoke. I stared at the evil mist in shock. "Your wolf's essence is nearly drained," Zelda frowned. "In a month, you'll wither and die." "What?" I gasped. Zelda let the snake on her cane bite my hand, sucking away the leftover black smoke. After a sharp pain, my head felt clearer than it had in months.

***Zelda's POV**** # A Week Later After making my spell ritual, I was suddenly shown the enemy's pack. First, I made a spell to summon the scarlet witch into her dreams. I did so to feel her powers. I needed to know if she had perhaps taken possession of the powers in the black box. Fortunately, she hadn't taken possession of the powers in the black box. How foolish of her. I can't believe she's just as foolish as she had been a thousand years ago. This is the reason she will end up the way she did in the past.

I tug at the top of my hoodie, pulling it further down over my head as I weave my way through the smelly humans. Once I reach the building Zander directed me to, a small sigh escapes my lips with relief. According to Zander, this place was an apartment complex which was originally built by a witch, and it was passed down through the generations. They didn’t usually accept wolves, but he’d put in a good word, and me having the rent in cash didn’t hurt either.
