The hard fall rendered him unconscious at that exact moment. He did take a hard hit, he wasn't able to gaze at the one shooting at him before his eyes got blurry and he fainted…

He then plays a song that sounds like a Requiem. “N”gha ah”n”ghanah!” Alfi approaches Cindaku. Some jet-black rings are descending from the sky, and Alfi beats the rings when they touch Cindaku’s body with the maces. He keeps beating those rings causing severe damages to Cindaku. When the last ring descends, He shouts, ”Throdog mgathg!” Alfi jabs it and shoots a great shockwave from his fist that Cindaku’s body blows up like minced meat.

The old man greeted with smiles, showing the wrinkles on his face as he smiled. “Kazuki-kun. It’s been a month.” Fu shook his hand and smiled back. The old man called Kazuki, chuckled. “Oh I just got back from Gordhum. Purchases were hard you know. I lost some cargos on the way back because of monsters.” Fu chuckled. “Now, now. What kind of purchase this time, and should I be interested?” “Oh we can discuss about that later.” Kazuki winked. “Oh my, who do we have here with you? What a lovely lady, oh look at your yukata! Printed black kois, how gorgeus.” He said with a chef’s kiss.

I was ready. I had spent months training for this moment and I was ready. The annual Grand Hunt had finally come for this year. Until now, I couldn’t be a part of the festivities because I was too young. The age for eligibility to participate was 24. This year, it was finally my year.
