I ought to kill you if not because of the restraints put on me. “My name is Sir Bennett Lionel Illumi, the leader of the great soldier. Nice to meet you.” A uselessly long name. “Likewise. My name is Hades; The Lord of the Underworld, The Father of the Night, and The Father of Darkness.” “Oh Father of the Night, I beseech you to have a duel with me, the lowly great soldier.”

“Oh oh.” “Who?” I asked, following his gaze. The bike cut off. Silence—then chaos. Hades swung his leg off the bike like he owned the ground beneath him. Tall. Calm. Alpha energy screaming without him saying a word. His eyes scanned the crowd once, bored—until they landed on me. My breath hitched. “He’s here,” Hayden muttered. “Who’s here?” Lena whispered urgently. Hayden didn’t look away. “Hades.” My heart slammed against my ribs.

Then they vanished. They were edited. Messed up. Shut down. Still I dug deeper. I need pieces of information. Always pieces. Reports from years ago. Different places.. Same pattern. “Not much blood.. His huge hawk-like nose and beady eyes saw to that. When Leah started to clear her throat, Theodore’s head snapped up and landed on her. He gave her a slight smile before addressing her father. “Sir, you have a beautiful daughter.” Her father nodded, but said nothing, giving Leah a pointed look as if to say, “You better not mess this up!” Leah rolled her eyes at her father, then pasted on a fake smile for their guest. “Thank you for the compliment. The four of us stand up when five extremely large men walk in. “I am Kaden, and this is my cousin Alek. These two here are Brent and Lance.” I say. “Hey, I am Curtis, and this is Venom,” Curtis says. “I am Quade, and this is Zion. I am assuming you know Chaos.” Quade states.

Hades didn’t speak, he simply shifted. His human form looked like any businessman you would see walking down the street. He’s got pale skin, and he’s tall with short sandy blonde hair, styled nicely. A black suit with a red tie. All he’s missing is a brief case to complete the look. His red eyes scan the room no doubt sizing up everyone here. Hades is not known for his authenticity. I wouldn’t put it past him to try to cause some type of trouble during the time that he is here. Zeus spoke, and the room fell back into meeting mode.
