He’s tall with dark hair, dark as sin eyes, and a thickly muscled body. Like Jaxon, he has a closely trimmed beard that emphasizes his high cheekbones, intense eyes, and lush lips. Right now, those intense eyes are appraising me. “Why would I leave when the view is so interesting? I have to say I’m glad to see that you’ve finally gotten laid. Now, are you going to introduce me to this lovely creature or not?”

“Then I fully wish to exercise that right. I will have her. No other.” The vampire insisted, his tone as flat as it was firm, an unmoving mountain to the force of Xaden’s will. Xaden hesitated then gave a sharp nod. “As you wish then.” He turned to me and truly looked at me for the first time since I entered, eyes trailing from the crown of my head to the very tips of my now aching toes. But please, let me explain.” She looked at him, her brows raised slightly. “Go on.” Hades took a deep breath. His voice was steady but emotional. “I love Aisla.” The room went dead silent again. Cayden glanced at him but didn’t stop him. Hughes leaned back, closing his eyes like he already knew this moment was coming.

She said but she swallowed as his look felt like he was reading right through her soul. “You seem to enjoy falling”. He said but she remained silent. Alpha George rushed towards them and spoke. “Forgive her alpha Urian, this is Haven, the daughter of my beta and best friend, Micheal”. He said and Urian looked at her as something Valerie said suddenly clicked. “The moon goddess might have seen something in you and given you a mate. If you have a mate, it has to be her”. Urian moved closer to Haven but for some reason, she couldn't move an inch.
