He is about to pounce on it when I grab him by his collar, stopping him. “Hey, Idiot! Did you finally lose it?” I grit my teeth as a fly to one of the highest branches of the adjacent tree with him. “Why?” He yells back without looking at me, irritated since I disrupted his hunt. “Were you planning to hunt that mad bison or get thrashed by it?” I say in a deadly cold voice, appearing highly miffed. “My dear malfunctioned robot brother, I’m a vampire, remember?” Orlo arches his eyebrows as he turns towards me. “I won’t die- hey wait! Your eyes turn into a creamy golden color. You already had your fill?”

“You don't get to dictate to me what to do and what not to do,'' I snapped. “Well, I wasn't exactly dictating for you. I’m just concerned about you.'' I raised a brow questioningly. “Well, like you already know, the werewolves are her people and were the ones that cast the spell on her. If you undo the spell by waking her up, not only would it anger the werewolves, she becomes a vampire. A hybrid by default. When the worst comes to worst in the fight do you think she would fight for you? It is as though creating a weapon to be used against yourself.”

I gasped when I looked at my wet fingers. Paul lifted my chin and looked down into my face. With his thumb he touched one of my tears. "Kim …" My tears were clear. They were no longer blood. "What's happening to me?" I moaned. He examined his wet finger. "I don't know, but do you think …" I shook my head. I didn't want him to jinx it by saying it out loud. Was it possible that a Vampire dead over a year could become human again?

I said as I moved closer to h and put my palm on his forehead. He looked at me with a kind of, 'what are you doing', facial expressions. "What are you doing?" He asked as he removed my palm from his forehead. "Stay still---" I said as I put my palm back. "I am just checking your temperature." I added. "Your body is cold." I said. "I told you that vampires are cold blooded. Do you forget things so quickly." He said to me with a frown as usual. "I didn't forget. I will get going now." I said as I held the knob of the door.

“But I guess we can try to get to know each other a little better-” Before I could finish, he yanked me into his arms. My eyes widened and my face grew hot. I let out a small whimper, which made him loosen his arms around me and I pulled slightly away to look at him. His normally cheerful hazel eyes had changed their color to a darker shade. I gulped. “I said t-try knowing each other first!” I cried out in alarm. My hands flew to his chest to push him away but it was futile. Damn pureblooded vampires!

Vampire shook his head after mocking me with his facial expression and when he was about to step toward the door I blocked the door so that he couldn’t walk further. “If my boyfriend finds out who you were, I swear to God I will do things you never expected!” I gritted my teeth, staring at him in rage; by that point, my finger started to lift and pointed at his face.
