Catch you guys later. Xoxo" With that, she turned to look at the man. He was still engrossed in his phone call, so she was sure he would not miss her much, or at all. She tapped his knee with her polished fingers and he turned to her. "Excuse me." She mouthed. He nodded eagerly and allowed her to walk away from him. She rose from the luxury couch and stepped away from what seemed like the VIP section.

I took in a deep breath and watched her making her way to Kayla. They were at a far distance now, but I could observe the intensity of their conversation. They gazed at each other with fury, even if I barely heard what they were talking about. What happened next shocked me to my bones just as I fixed my gaze at the scene. Ashley was hitting her head on the wall, fiercely and without an effort to stop. Kayla was standing behind her, quite confused and transfixed. Kayla said something and Ashley stopped, falling down to the ground and bleeding from her forehead.

“Hmm, dad, I now work in a bank.” Ashley replied. “See? I told you.” Her mother said to her father. “That’s nice honey, we have to go now. Bye.” Her father said and ended the call. Ashley sighed in relief and dropped her phone, she turned and suddenly screamed in fear when she hit something hard. “It's ten minutes twenty seconds already.” Hayden said and she looked up at him breathing heavily. “Is that why you want to give a heart attack?” She yelled and he chuckled.

Her black heels complemented her looks, making her a little bit taller. "Hello Eloise." Ashley said, waving a hand at her. Eloise came closer and gave her a light hug. "Don't you think I should help you out? Not that you don't look good but you look like a teen who is yet to find her mate." Eloise teased her. Ashley rolled her eyes and let out a soft laugh. She sure has a way of making people laugh. "Help me out then." Ashley gave in. "I would do it even if you refuse. Let's go get ready." They walked down to Ashley's room to get her ready.

She recognized these people as they were from Sophy’s team, which means her mother’s employ. They looked a little nervous as they reached her but she smiled at them and said, “Hi.” The four of them smiled as well, and a girl spoke, “hi, my name is Anna and this is Cherry, Mark, and Max. Nice to meet you.” Ashley smiled at them and said, “Hi my name is Ashley Martin. Nice to meet you all.” Anna said, “Um… we are all going out for drinks so…um..would you like to come?”

I looked up at him as he smirked, clearly amused. Ashley ran downstairs dressed in a yellow short gown. She composed her self when she noticed Reece was looking at her. "This is my best friend Ashley. Ashley you know who this is." I introduced the two. He reached up to shake her hand and kissed them. The raging blush on her cheek was more than a beet root. "It's really nice to meet you." he told her coyly. "PERVERT!", My inward thoughts growled. Ashley took her seat, probably wondering why he was here.

"Helen and Veronica are coming to the barbeque! I was a little worried at first, but they seemed okay with it after I explained everything." Asher was sitting on the couch, his elbows resting on his knees, hands loosely clasped together. He looked up at her as she entered, offering a faint smile, though there was a tension in his shoulders she hadn’t noticed earlier. "That’s great," he said, his voice a little too measured, like he was trying to sound cheerful but not quite managing it.

It was a lesson he learned a little too late. Neal heard the pounding of feet on the gravel drive and then spotted Nathan Landry racing up Ash's drive. "Ash? Are you all right?" Nathan called out as he entered her property. He came to an abrupt halt as he spotted Neal and Cody facing off against each other while Ash stood behind Neal, holding a shovel in her hands like a baseball bat. "Ash, everything okay?"
