The Bad Gentleman
My limbs feel heavy, my legs unable to support my weight so I drop to the bed, my heart hammering.
I’d just witnessed this man kill four people and walk away like he shot at birds instead, no single spec of blood on him, or even a hint of remorse on his features. It claws at something in my chest. More importantly, I witnessed the deaths myself, people who were alive minutes ago were suddenly silenced, their bodies literally falling into a pool of their own blood.
