Interesting. The car ride was as quiet as a mouse. No noise but the car driving on the smooth road. As soon as we were in the garage Wendy hops out of the car. “It’s 3:09. Go take a shower. If you’re still hungry, look in the fridge. You might find a half-eaten cake in there,” With that, she slams the car door shut and walks inside.

Wendy froze for a moment, then immediately remembered Kieran saying that Terry had fainted in the snow. Her heart skipped a beat. She stood up, pushed Hudson aside, and ran out the door. Hudson was startled by her sudden movement, but she had already rushed downstairs before he could say anything. Frowning, he quickly followed her. When he reached the bottom of the stairs, he was shocked by what he saw. Wendy was almost frantic as she rushed into the snow. She removed her coat and wrapped it tightly around the stiff body lying in the snow.

She introduced. “Nice to meet you,” She said as she finished off standing and Hayley smiled doing the same still wondering why everything seemed creepy today. Wendy was a bit tall, she was caramel-skinned, with black straight hair and a tattoo on her neck, brown eyes, and brown upper lip with a pink lower lip which was typical to most of African descent. They walked over to the counter dropped the tray and headed into the hallway. Wendy was adamant about keeping her company. Hayley disliked this at first but Wendy seemed cool and slowly appealed to her. “You were pretty active in Chemistry class.” Wendy complimented.

I ignored him, washing my hands in silence, to leave the bathroom without giving him a single glance. I found Wendy at the bar, making out with a guy. I touched her shoulder to get her attention. She averted the man's face, meeting her glassy pupils. She asked, "Better?" I nodded. She knew we didn't come looking for love.
