---Aurora City--- A month later,Emin and Alexander arrived at Aurora City.This was the capital of Aurora Island.It was where Aurora Headquarters was located and also where Aurora forces were mostly concentrated. Standing outside the massive port building, Alexander couldn't help but look at the massive building in awe. At the center of the big building,the word 'landport' was written in a thick and gigantic manner for all to see. Again,at the front of the building,he could see a massive strange flag hanging around the building.......

"No, but let's get this over with." Aurora pushed the double doors open, causing the chatter that was going on in the elegantly decorated room to die down. "Aurora." An older woman, draped in pearls and a light blue dress, came up, greeting her. "Mom." They embraced each other. "Is this your boyfriend?" She asked, giving Chance a once over. "No, this is Chance." "Well, it's nice to meet you." Aurora's mother took Chance's hand in hers and smiled. "Nice meeting you as well, Mrs Spence."

Aurora's brows drew together for a split second. "She felt it. Faintly, but she felt it." Thor said. "There must be something blocking the connection." Arden said to Thor. "I have to be honest with you." Aurora suddenly said. She looked down for a moment and then squared her shoulders. "I have a five-year-old son."

I stated, my voice laced with emotions. Aurora took her eyes away from Maya and gazed at me. "And we are both lucky to have you in our lives. When I came here at first, I didn't know how things would turn out for me. I might have been dead but I guess fate had better things in store for me." She glanced at Maya who had already fallen asleep, her chest rising and falling in a slow rhythm. She dropped her in the cot and straightened her legs then turned around to face me.

Hiccups escaped her lips as she curled into a ball, raising her hand she beat her chest trying to breathe out but nothing helped and finally her mind gave up. The last thing she remembered was seeing a blurry image of her room's door getting roughly opened and the familiar long boots coming before her misty vision before everything turned black. Aurora did have this kind of breakdown before twice, when she lost her mother and the night she lost Ace.
