Music was blasting and she immediately ordered drinks for us. We moved on the groove of music even when we were just in our couch area. I don't really know how many glasses of alcoholic drinks I gulped because I felt dizzy just looking around. "Cheers!" Hailey screamed and we did instantly. "This is fun!" she was jumping non-stop and Aira did the same. "Are you okay?" Aira asked because I felt really dizzy. I felt someone pulled me from her and Hailey shouted right away. "Let her go!"

"A cinema?" Min Yuezhen chose a suspenseful horror movie. The tense plot coupled with the scary scenes had burned her brain and made her excited. This was the only time she would not think about those messy things. Every time the girl sitting next saw a horrifying scene, she would scream in fright and hide in the arms of her boyfriend. In the end, the two of them squeezed into one seat. Min Yuezhen swept her eyes over them and continued to look at the big screen expressionlessly.

Maureen I should have known the night was doomed to spiral the moment the theater lights dropped to black. The screen flickered awake. That signature low, creeping violin slithered through the speakers—the universal audio warning that something awful was coming. My stomach twisted before the first jump scare even landed. Nyxara leaned in, her breath warm against my ear. “Why is it already so dark? Did we miss the opening credits?” “It’s a horror movie,” I whispered back, already questioning every decision that led me here. “They don’t waste time on pleasantries.”

I want to take you out before I get a taste of anything else.” I let my hands slide down her sweet, sweet body, and grip her ass through her jeans. “Hmmm. And where is it that we would go, Xavier?” She questions, giggling as I squeeze her ass a little tighter. “Well, I take it that you might be a fan of horror movies. There’s a new Scream movie coming out next weekend, if you’re free.” I offer, looking at her ‘Child’s Play’ shirt.

I close my eyes momentarily, soaking in his warmth, his presence. I want to tell him how much I appreciate him being here, how long I’d stopped pretending to be in love with him because I already am, but I don’t think I’m ready to admit that just yet. “Isabella? Are you okay?” He repeats with worry. “When I was twelve, my dad took me to see the first Scream movie on the big screen. Do you know it? The one with Skeet Ulrich?” I feel him nod, his chin touching the top of my head.

his voice jerked me back to reality. "hmm can I get your order"I said trying to sound confident, his voice sent me to planet zecury,I don't even know if it exists. "Two pot pies and one smoothie" he said back, with his eyes fixed on me. For the first time I saw genuine admiration and not the usual look of lust I was used to.

Haisley was startled, but she managed to suppress her scream every time the horror movie's music effects caught her off guard. Yes, despite not being brave, Haisley still enjoyed watching horror films. Because she was too focused on the character in the movie, she didn't notice the ripples in the pool. Until the creepy character appeared on her phone screen at the same time Nathan emerged from the swimming pool. Inevitably, the scream she held in burst out. Nathan, hearing it, immediately turned and saw Haisley looking at him with a shocked and frightened expression.

Sophie told me with a warm and friendly smile. ‘What movie?’ I asked as we started walking up their drive towards the house. ‘The New Scream’. ‘Hasn’t that only just come out at the cinema?’ Raven just gave me ‘’The Look’’. I said suggestively and he looked at me for a while then rolled his eyes. He put his phone down and I smiled, turning on a Horror movie. Halfway through, my heart was already racing in my chest and I looked over to find him staring at the screen with a blank face. A jump scare came and he didn't even seem fazed. "Landon, the point of a Scary Movie is to actually get scared." I told him, getting up once it was over. Rolling his eyes, he got up as well and went over to my closet, taking a fresh towel.
