Lucy's pov; At the movie theatre, the lights went out at once and it was as quiet as a grave. No music could be heard anymore. The audience had vanished completely. It was dark and eerie. Everyone knew that a horror film always began with a blackout. That's when it was most likely to end in blood spatter and screams. Tyler held my hands tight to my body as I stared straight ahead. I turned to him and asked, "Are you scared of horror movies?"

We arrived just before the storm turned into a deluge. I looked around. Timmy's house was surprisingly organized for someone who was so messy about everything that didn't involve his personal life. " Jason commented as they entered the cottage. The door almost fell out when they opened it. "Let's not make any noise." Anton said. They were moving slowly without making any sound. Suddenly, Anton felt something hitting his back. "You thieves, how dare you to enter in my house." An old lady was hitting Anton and Jason with a broom.

By the time I got back to the packhouse, it was already after dark and I went into the living room where Lucas, Jude and Aria were watching the News. I wasn’t wrong about the riots. Cities all over the country were going up in flames. They were actually filming humans being attacked and killed by vampires. I was watching Lucas as he was fixated on the TV and I could see how intensely he was watching the TV. But it was now sunrise, and the vampires were running from the scenes of these riots. Running back to their hideouts so they didn’t burn in the sun. That was the only reprieve that we were going to have at the moment.
