Though deep down, I knew the answer. The Reaper was as scary as they get. I've heard the tales they tell about him. The creative ways in which he prolongs a person's suffering. To the point that his victims plead for their deaths.

" Marcus whispered, peering around. His uneasiness was palpable. Gina raised a hand. "Hold up! Don't tell me you guys are scared of that silly story?" She scoffed. "There's a different version of that story every Halloween Party and you still haven't gotten used to it?" Marcus shifted where he stood. "But. . . but. . ."

He added. Iero and Aria sighed in relief, though still felt scared. After all, it was a true story. And, even if they haven’t seen a ghost before, but based from Hierro’s story, ghosts should be scary. They decided not to stay up late. “So, is it my turn now?” Reyan asked and smiled. Iero and Aria froze. Then, they stared at Reyan. If Hierro’s story scared them, what more would Reyan’s story be? But, even if they feel that Reyan’s story would be scarier, they can’t help but want to listen.

As the stories got scarier, I noticed a few of the younger pack members huddling closer to their parents, seeking comfort and reassurance. Soon, it was my turn to share a story. Feeling the weight of the moment, I cleared my throat and began my tale. "In a small village, there was a haunted mansion. It was said that the spirit of a vengeful witch roamed the halls, seeking revenge on anyone who dared to enter her domain..." I let my imagination run wild, conjuring spine-chilling scenes and mysterious characters. The pack leaned in closer, their eyes wide with fascination, hanging onto every word I spoke. The suspenseful atmosphere made my heart race with excitement.

I asked her curiously as I sat comfortably on her couch and the three of them sat on the big one adjacent to mine. "Well, I believe that there's nothing to be scared of. The ghosts, vampires, witches, and werewolves are just in the books. Right? Fiction. Not real."
