“Let’s go! Let’s watch it!” Sidney placed the bowl of popcorn on the coffee table then sat on the couch with Adam and Cameron. She gathered the remotes and navigated to the movie. Cameron practically vibrated on the cushion as she pressed Play. Sidney smiled to herself, drawing her laptop onto her knees. As the opening credits reflected in Cameron’s wide eyes, she brought her fingertips to the keys. The Horror of Real Life Life is like standing on a frozen steam. It may seem solid, but there is always something flowing and threatening underneath. Horror is that current under it all.

As everyone around me moved closer together, trying to ignore some form of comfort, I centered myself and dared to reach out towards Life for an answer. I was immediately thrown back as a wall of blinding white pain greeted me. I couldn’t tell if I was standing or falling. My body felt like it was encased in the dark eye of the thing that was here to decimate all living things. My nightmares had only hinted at what this thing was. Maybe I should have been thankful for the reprieve for not knowing what it was. Something that was an accumulation of every horror story that I had come across. No, this thing didn’t want to possess the elements of even us that could wield them. It wanted everythin

And danger attracts me towards itself like a magnet. The nightmares had stopped for a while this week but then I saw one, again, this morning. This one was different from others. Among all the nightmares regarding this particular "Rude Malhotra" faced monster, this one was the only where where HE did anything else except scaring me, glaring me and smirking at me. "He may be a theif! Because whenever he is in close proximity to me, he steals all my oxygen leaving me breathless, gasping for air."

She chuckled. "Nice idea! We'll watch a horror movie!" I said happily as I watched her eyes widen at the suggestion. "No! I want to watch The Vow!" She pouted. "How about Insidious? Or The Exorcism of Emily Rose?" I asked, ignoring her protests and skipping to the box to search for a good horror movie. "No!" She shouted behind me. "How about Poltergeist?" "No!" "Annabelle?" "No!" "The Grudge?" "No freaking way. I don't​ want to wet my pants. I watched it once and damn, I was so near to pissing myself. That creature, oh my God, that thing in that movie gives me nightmares."

He was just about to climb back out when the baby kept quiet and the door slammed shut. A feeling of foreboding loomed over him as he glanced to see the most abnormal baby he had ever seen. It opened it's mouth and flashed a complete set of razor sharp teeth. Remi threw the baby away and tried to run out when a feeling of sharp needles sticking into the back of his leg folllwed by a burst of pain sent him crashing to the ground upturning the basket of fruits. He heard a sickening sound of flesh being torn off just before smelling the metallic tinge of blood in the air.

" I stayed silent, but that did not deter them. They started ramming the door. I pressed my back against it, looking at my unconscious mother in the bedroom, and closed my eyes. A living hell on earth was worse than any horror game. When humans start killing each other, they were more terrifying than monsters. ... Meanwhile, a group of bosses gathered in the empty supermarket, staring at each other in confusion. "Uhm, where's Ms Thrushwood?" one of them asked. "She's always punctual. Even on restock days when the shop's closed, she tells us ahead of time," another commented.

Then the horror roared. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM! The sound shattered valleys. Destroyed cliffs. Sent shockwaves across continents. But this time— nobody stepped back. Not the armies. Not the heirs. Not the guardians. Nobody. Because for the first time— the horror looked afraid. Actually afraid. Honestly? Fair. Very fair. Reasonable actually. Then the creature moved. Fast. Far too fast. Its massive hand shot toward Thomas. Reality exploded around it. The sky tore open. Mountains cracked.

It’s a good thing that we came prepared. “This place is creepy.” Kai drug out the word creepy. I have to agree with him. Neither of us got any rest last night. We kept hearing strange sounds. Moaning and screams from things we have never experienced before. We saw a faceless spirit looking thing last night. I believe they are called a Hupia, although I can’t be certain that’s what it really was. It didn’t bother us, but this place seems to be filled with them. Something else that we have come across is a Morko. It is an elemental Ooze type creature. They are freaky as hell but the only way they could hurt you is to love you to death. We have also crossed paths with a few dangerous creatures,

She added while searching further. "Aha!! Here it is; take a look!" Everyone was curious about her findings, so I read it out loud. "The age-old knowledge of the seven deathly beings: The Shadow Stalker, a phantom predator, strikes fear in the dark. The Banshee's Wail, mournful and ominous, signals disaster with her cries. Petrifying with a glance, the Gorgon's Gaze turns victims into stone. The Blood Fiend feeds on life, leaving only husks.

From the depths of the portal, nightmarish creatures began to emerge—twisted forms of beasts that seemed to be born from the darkest nightmares. “Behold!” Drax’s voice boomed, resonating with a sinister glee. “You think you can stand against me? I will unleash a horde that will drown you in despair!” Xienma’s heart sank as she took in the grotesque figures that crawled forth—monsters with jagged teeth, eyes that glimmered like shards of broken glass, and bodies that seemed to distort and shift. The very essence of fear radiated from them, and she felt the weight of dread settle over her like a heavy cloak.
