The building is the continuous thing that produced the discrete book. The book ends. The building does not end. The book is the evidence that the building happened. The building is the thing that the book cannot contain.

Hi Reader It's your Author Perpi Jimoh. Thanks for taking out time to read my book I really appreciate it. This writing journey had been a roller coaster of emotions and I still find it hard to grasp that this story has really ended. I started the story as a joke, literally to test my brain I should say. Something not serious as I was merely experimenting, trying to put all elements that I’m bad at in a story and I truly didn’t expect anyone to read this amateurish gibberish.

This book is my debut novel [ shrieks in incredulity @_@ ]. I can’t even believe that I have finished it. I originally tended this book to be a stand-alone. But, I become indulged on the own world that I created that I decided to expand it >_< .

Those quiet minutes after he falls asleep are precious, a pocket of stillness where the world doesn’t demand anything of me. It’s then that I open my laptop. The book started as nothing more than a coping mechanism. A way to bleed out thoughts too heavy to carry in silence. A way to place the ache somewhere outside my body so I wouldn’t drown in it. At first, I thought it would be a handful of pages, fragments, confessions I would never say aloud. But the words had a way of unraveling, of multiplying. Soon, pages turned into chapters. Chapters turned into a story.

Hello guys, CodeyVanilla here. It's nice being here with y'all. I want to thank each and everyone of you, for being a part of this journey with me. You guys made a dream come true. How I started this story is actually really surprising, I'm no professional and this is my actual first book. I know it's a bit weird when you first start but I promise you it gets better as you continue. I apologize for the grammatical typos and errors, I'll edit as time goes on.

Thank you so much, babe… I never expected anyone to love this book, much less stay until the end because it contains so much pain. I wrote this book in June 2020 at the beginning of this pandemic and I was at my lowest - Tough times like everyone else experienced. Not knowing how to survive each day financially a year after discovering that I am sick with something that will take time to cure. This is the first ever book I have written so it somehow became a vent out of all my emotions… And the plot is shaky ;)

So, the first day into my first lecture, I was ready and prepared for this new phase of my life, the journey of the best four years of my life with a bunch of strangers who would eventually become some of the best friends I'll ever have. So, I entered the classroom, feeling nervous, emotional but mostly afraid of what I'd do if could not make any friends if no one likes me for who I am if no one trusts me, and above all wondering how the hell was I gonna get along with them. With all these thoughts swirling in my mind, I entered room number 030-2AB of section-I and kept on walking to the fourth row on the right side, taking the seat on the farthermost right corner,

Because the moment she said it, it fit. Like it had been sewn into the lining of her voice all along. Calla – POV The second book wasn’t about the past. Not entirely. It was called “Instructions for Building a Voice.” And it was part memoir, part letter, part blueprint for others like me—raised by stories they didn’t write, born into silence they never chose. I wrote about the first letter I never sent. And the second one I did. I wrote about the woman who raised me with steady hands but fearful eyes.

“Alright, guide me then. Which one should I start with?” Noah looked at me, really looked this time, and then reached up and handed me a different book. “Start here. The world-building is cleaner. You won’t get lost in twenty made-up names right off the bat.” I took it from him like he’d just handed me gold. “Thanks, man.” He shrugged, but his ears were pink. He didn’t say anything else, just moved to the next shelf, but I followed him. “You ever try writing your own stuff?” I asked.
