How Many Words Are Usually In A Chapter Novels & Stories

Hey y'all! If you've gotten here then you've gone through roughly 31 thousand words and I really appreciate that :) The goal for this month is about 50k words so I'd most likely update everyday and about two chapters a day... with some days as exceptions in case of emergencies. The plan was to have it till 60 chapters and yet because of my characters moving on their own will, we arrived with 123 chapters. From November 11, 2020 till April 28, 2021. I write 123 chapters with a total of 203131 words. I wrote it with plans of letting people understand that we all have to be mindful of our worth, that we should treasure yourself and never let anyone tell us we are not worthy. Allana is like ¼ of who I am, she is a fragment of my imagination, and there is not a time that I wished I was her, to be loved by someone like Augustine Kings.

TT I hope you guys will still read and finish the story even after finding out I’m a PWD. Just laying out my plans to all of you. But.. One thing is for sure, I’ll never stop writing! So don’t worry about me suddenly disappearing.❤️ Wolf Uni would be around 120 chapters. My eye condition isn’t a secret or anything so please feel free to inform or answer other readers in the future if they ever wonder about something like the typos (My worst enemy! aside from headaches and writer’s block! Quillbot sometimes cannot detect everything huhu especially names). Or lead them here to read hahaha

The estate piece had been somewhere between, its length determined by the need to introduce Thomas and the grandfather and the obligation of the middle position without letting any of these elements overbalance the others. The last chapter was shorter than all of them. It ran to just under three thousand words. But the word count was not the measure of what the chapter demanded. What it demanded was something that the essays had not required, or had required in smaller measure: the sustained inhabiting of the personal position without the protection of the argumentative structure that distance provides.

My editor recently reached out to me about the length of my chapters, and we've decided to break them up into smaller sections to make them more manageable, and more affordable for you. This means that some of you may notice changes to the chapter structure, especially if you've been keeping up with the latest updates. ✦ WHAT'S HAPPENING? I've spent the past few days reorganizing some of my longer chapters, which were over 2,000 words. These revised chapters are currently under review by my editor. As a result, you may notice some previously uploaded chapters being divided into two.

Most have asked how long the book will be. My editor and I are still discussing it, but it should be around 300 chapters because it will have Zane and Ian's story incorporated. The word count equates to the coins so if a particular chapter costs a lot of coins , it's because the word count is quite high and it took a while to write it .
