I wasn't planning on fully acting until my bullets were wasted on them. I stepped out of the dark and ran in the dark, making my way towards the wired fence as I slipped both of my , hooking the magazine around my belt. My fangs jutted out and I grabbed onto the wire, pushing myself up and not stopping until I got a hold of the wired fence. Soon, I landed on the platform behind the men really quietly and grabbed the first one by his neck, snapping it to the other side before he could even make a move.

With my trembling hands, I grabbed the handle of the door, and it had just opened when Bell's scream froze us. I furrowed my eyebrows and turned back only to see her pale face with widened eyes. She covered her mouth with her hands and panicked. We followed her gaze and stared at the sink. The sight I saw sent chills down my spine. Blood was flowing instead of water from the tap, which had blown us all away. I choked in the air as she showed us the blood across her lips. "I told you, Bell. But still, you didn't listen to me."

Terrified even, that I might change my mind and kill him anyway. He turned his head and closed his eyes. I was hyper aware of his shallow breathing, and the blood flowing through his veins. I could hear it, and resisting the urge to sink my fangs in right then and there was difficult. I took my fingers and traced along his neck, feeling the pulse of his blood at my fingertips. I then let my fangs elongate and placed them on the vein, just feeling the pulse of blood underneath them. It seemed to make the bloodlust more intense.

He cursed dragging him away by the collar. "Mother". He screamed out. The Hoodie Dude broke out from the memory flash opening his eyes which were now red. He growl gently exposing his canine which had grown into sharp fangs at opposite end. His look was now creepy and deadly. Dropping to his knees he roared loudly into the air.

It was still the same creature that attacked me and wanted me dead. Dean was the one handling it, more like struggling with the leash. I sometimes forget that he can see the hellhound instead of a stallion. As soon Fang saw me he started whimpering, his head bent down as if he was communicating a form of apology. It made me reconsider my decision. Lukas did say that he was manipulated somehow because there was no way Fang would attack without being provoked. I worked my lips in between my teeth. Maybe I should go and pet him. With that thought, I neared Fang only to have Dean tug him back.

One hellhound is about six feet tall, which could easily tower anyone. I fired the black ammo at the first hellhound that I saw, which is pinning down one of the hunters. The other hunters in the vicinity try to help their comrade, but the hellhound just vanishes into the shadows. Impressive, I thought as I loaded another black ammo. Maybe I should ask Verphegor for more of these, but I won’t let him know that I intend to use them on him if he ever shows up in my room without notice again.

His lip split, blood dripping down his chin. “Mention her one more time,” I snarled, my chest heaving, my wolf clawing beneath my skin, “and I’ll forget every rational reason I have left. I’ll commit a brutal murder right here.” Blackfang straightened slowly, swiping the blood from his jaw with the back of his hand and then he smiled.

It feels divine to stretch my bones after being locked away in that pack. The wind picks up, sweeping dust into my eyes as I accelerate. I shake my head but keep moving, still battling the bloodlust clawing at my throat. It must wait. I catch the scent of a fox nearby. A bleeding one. The metallic tang of its blood hits my nostrils and I snarl. My pace slows as my snout flares and my mouth begins to drool. I can hear its whimpers, its pained, bitter cries. I want nothing more than to end its misery and soak my paws in the hot rush of its blood, but there is no time.

The vampire screeches as the hound's fang pierces his eye before being cut off with a gurgle as the hound tears his neck. Helpful little dogs they are; maybe I should breed my own. I take a staggering breath as Adonis, and I leap back into the chaos, continuing to tear apart the vamps. The extra moonlight the Faes cast has started to dim, making me wonder just how long we've been at this.
