Antonio's muscles stretched with anger, "Name him, King." I looked into my Beta's blue glowing eyes before answering, "Daniel Hunter." He was taken aback by the revelation, "Daniel Hunter? The one who belongs to the Hunter family of the UK?" I nodded my head in slow motion, "Yes, the same Hunter family who is known about their history of hunting the supernatural kinds in the name of keeping a fucking balance in the world." Antonio stiffened, "And they are back to hunt more of us. What are your orders?"

He asked in a smart-ass tone. The only response he got back from my mates was a low growl. I could not believe my ears and the things I was hearing. I had heard the whispers and conversations about hunters while I was cleaning around the packhouse. They are cold-hearted, ruthless, sadistic, killing monsters that hunt down the supernatural for sport and then brutally torture them for days on end before finally killing them.

“You’re okay.” She was shaking, she realized, with shock. “What the f-k was that?” She asked staring at her blood-smeared fingers where they folded over Rhett’s hand, gripping on to him, desperately seeking comfort. “I do not know,” Talen replied grimly. “However, the supernatural man that you tried to approach the other day, who did not wish to speak to you, is hunting them.” “Leighton Richard?” Aislen’s head jerked up. “I f-king knew that he had something to do with this. He was in my dreams.”

“You really haven’t heard, have you?” I frown. “Heard what?” He steps in closer. Close enough that I can feel the heat rolling off him. He tilts his head slightly, studying me like he’s debating whether or not to tell me something. And damn it, the way his gaze trails down my face, lingering just a second too long on my lips, makes me feel uncomfortable. Not because I feel anything. Nope. It’s just…ugh, whatever. It doesn’t matter. Mark notices, though. That stupid smirk grows. "Hunters. They’re in the city. On campus, actually. Looking for supernatural creatures to kill."

The werewolf raises its claws and desperately reached for my face but I evaded it and took out my knife and pierced it through its heart. I wiped the blood that splattered on my face and raised my head to find Rendall and Quinn. Rendall is owning this hunt by slashing the werewolf’s body mercilessly while Quinn, Quinn is nowhere to be found. “Quinn!” Finally, I saw a movement of Quinn’s bow and arrow behind the tree that is seven feet away from me. With a sigh of relief, I continued chasing another werewolf. It is faster and slimmer than the first one so I have to make sure that my eyes will always follow it.

He said. I just sat there completely in shock. Then I grabbed my champagne and chugged the class before setting it back on the table. Damien just smiled at me, trying to hide his laughter. “I don’t see how any of this is funny… Do you realize who I am?” I hissed. “Snow, trust me, I know everything there is to know about you.” He said. “No, I don’t think you understand… I am a Hunter. A VAMPIRE HUNTER… You are a Vampire. I’m supposed to kill you. Why would the gods make me your gifted mate? It just doesn’t make sense.” I said.

I screamed, rivalled by the blast of thunder and rain. Moving back, I tripped my leg and crumpled to the ground as the shadow started approaching me. "Bell! Anna!" I screeched helplessly, but when I turned around, no one was there. Gulping, I gradually shifted my gaze at the entrance. Boom! No one was there, just a black cat roaming around. Putting my hand over my chest, I gasped when suddenly I heard a husky voice right next to my ears. Someone mumbled, "Don't look into the cat's eyes."

Her eyes scan the ground to where the baseball bat lies between the two of them. "Oh, I don't need a weapon. Rather, I enjoy getting my hands dirty." Hunter declares, flexing his arm as he cracks his knuckles, making the tattoo of the scythe or a Grimm Reaper's blade twist on his arm in a menacing manner. The woman takes one look at the tattoo before gulping. Hunter takes a challenging step towards her, forcing her to take a step backward. The woman stumbles once more, petrified, as tears begin to slip from her eyes.
