I step down from the bed, walk to the door, throw it open and step into the hallway. The palace is eerily quiet, not a single sound echoes from the corridors. I quickly walk toward the grand hall but freeze midway when a monstrous growl tears through the air. A fog-like figure covered in a tattered, black cloak suddenly flies backward out of the grand hall’s door. My breath hitches as I stare at the faceless monster. Suddenly, it’s hollow, dark eyes lock onto mine. I stand rooted to the spot, paralyzed. But before it can make a move toward me, Helion appears out of thin air. He grabs the creature by its neck, lifting it entirely off its feet.

I continuously try to stay awake but I'm struggling so in the end I succumb and drift into sleep. I can't breathe. I feel like I'm drowning. I try to scream for help but no words come out of my mouth. I'm fading but he won't let go, he's still holding me under and I decide to give up. Before I can give him the satisfaction of dying I'm pulled out the water and I feel him caressing my hair. "It's the beginning of the end. Hold my hand, I won't let you call, I shall keep you safe always." He kisses my forehead and disappears before my eyes.....
