Today is December the 5th. I don't get why everybody goes all out way before the big day." "Yeah, I get that it's the 25th but Christmas isn't just a day, it's a season!" The woman immediately dropped her guard and curiously gave me a once-over. She smiled sweetly and introduced herself as Trixie Ashford. She was Dylan's girlfriend, and she had returned to the country specifically to celebrate Christmas with him.

He would have to ask what was bothering her once they landed. The cool air hit his wings telling him that winter was fast approaching. His favorite holiday as a child also fast approaching. He couldn’t believe this year his Christmas would have her in it. His favorite holiday and she would be there with him. It was his mothers and when she died it died with her but now. He would have to make it special. He missed her birthday only because she was in a coma through it but Christmas he had to make it big. He growled to Ryan who flew closer.
