RHYDIAN’s POV The rain was coming down hard, hitting the windshield like bullets. I had been driving for six hours straight, eyes burning, back aching, just wanting to get home. The highway was almost empty. Headlights cut through the water, and then I saw him. A guy standing on the side of the road, soaked to the bone, thumb out. Black t-shirt clinging to his chest, jeans dark with rain, hair plastered to his forehead. He looked tough, a little dangerous, but something made me slow down.

No matter where I went, he would appear at a distance like a silent shadow. One night, it started to rain heavily after Cole and I had finished watching a movie at the theatre. When we walked out, we saw Ian standing in the rain with an umbrella. He was soaking wet, and his face was pale, which made him look quite pitiful. He handed me the umbrella and said, "Don't catch a cold."

But knowing that didn't make it easier. Fûck me. “So be prepared.” I swallowed. ## I heard the rain before I saw it. It was soft at first, like whispers against the wooden cabin walls, then louder, more insistent. The sky had turned a silver-gray, the clouds heavy with secrets. Zane stood by the window, one hand on the frame, eyes fixed on the storm as if he were searching for something just out of reach.

“I’m in love with a guy who doesn’t give a rat’s ass about me. I wonder if you’ve ever been through something like that. I wonder what kind of advice you’d give me…” I fell silent as another sob escaped my lips. I felt wetness on my cheek and when I went to wipe it away, another one appeared. For a second, I thought it was my tears. But the distant thunder told me otherwise. “Oh, shit,” I murmured, standing to my feet quickly. The rain began quickly and soon I was getting drenched in cold water. Ivy looked up from the grass she was munching on and from the sound of her whimpering, she wasn’t happy about the weather change.

I looked up the sky while the water is keep falling in my face. “I wanna see you…” I whispered through the rain. But I opened my eyes when suddenly the rain stop pouring on my face but I still can hear the rain! And my lips parted when I saw Dark Hades while holding an umbrella to shelter me. His hoodie is on his head but I can clearly see his handsome face.

How many times would it take? I wanted to run. Disappear. Harry Hendrix pov: I stood by the window, looking down at the scene unfolding. The rain hit her hard, soaking her from head to toe. I couldn't help but watch as she stood there, clearly furious. It almost made me laugh, but I knew I should save my amusement for later. This was only the beginning. I cracked the window open, the rain pouring harder now. "Are you going to stand there all night like a drenched chicken, or come inside?" I called out, my voice tinged with annoyance, though I couldn't help but feel a small sense of satisfaction.

Edwin's POV The rain was relentless. It poured down in sheets, drumming against the pavement, echoing the chaos swirling inside me. I stood there, soaked to the bone, staring up at the familiar silhouette in the distance Daniel. He was still there, beneath the flickering streetlamp, as if waiting for me, as if expecting me to come crawling back or to finally face the reckoning I’d been dodging for weeks.

It was raining, but I didn’t care anymore. I needed the rain to hide my tears. To shield me while I cried for a love long lost. The drops slammed against my body while I kept walking.
