She sprints towards the entrance of the hall, cross passes people. I follow her while continuously calling her name, "Fay, listen to me. I'll tell you." She doesn't stop, doesn't look behind. She keeps going in a straight direction. I follow her footsteps. Then we both are out of the hall and reach the parking lot.

I shouldn’t be doing this shit yet despite knowing it all, I’m following Jena. She’s on the other side of the road and I’m walking diagonally behind her. I have no idea where she’s going and I shouldn’t be stalking her like this but I can’t help it. She won’t listen to me, she won’t talk to me, she doesn’t even spare me a glance. It all hurts so damn much and it’s hard to bear.

Saraya said, waving at me. I watched her drive off in her car, and a strange urge hit me. I don’t know why, but I couldn’t shake it. I had to follow her. I started the engine of my own car and kept a safe distance, making sure she didn’t see me tailing her. But my eyes never left her taillights as she drove through the city, making turns that didn’t make sense, like she was trying to lose someone. But if that was her plan, she'd failed because I was determined to know where she was going.

She pushed me away, but her eyes were soft. "I don’t do the touchy-feely stuff, Flower. Where are you going?" "Anatolikos, then the rest. It’s going to be a long trip." I looked at her, a sudden spark hitting me. "Come with us." "What?" Her jaw dropped. "No. This is my home."

“Aside from you? Don't tell me you think you could be of help? How can you possibly help?” “You've been going it yourself. Maybe it's time to let me help you,” she said, her voice hinting calmness. My chest ached, but I lifted my chin stubbornly.”How can you be of help? Stop pointing accusations.” She hesitated, then straightened her shoulders. “I’m going to follow Karl.” That hit me like a physical blow. “What?” “I’ll follow him,” she repeated, firmer this time. “I’ll watch him closely. Track him, or whatever it takes.”

A part of me already expects a no from her. She stays silent for a while, staring down at her cute, furry boots. “Fine”. “Thanks. Follow would you? I have somewhere I want us to talk”. She nods. Without asking for her permission, I scope her into my arms and take off. Guess where I'm heading? Phil's penthouse of course. Wink!
