Icewing Wings Of Fire Novelas e Histórias

Alex said as he moved out of the waterfall. He set me on the ground after we reached the land. BOOM! There was a huge explosion causing me to stagger backward. Alex held me preventing my fall. Huge clouds of vapor erupted clouding our vision. The temperature rose higher and higher till it had reached a scalding level. Alex enveloped us in a shield of energy to protect us from the impact of detonation. When the clouds finally cleared there was nothing left. The waterfall had vaporized and the Fire Cube had vanished. It was as if there never had been a waterfall before.

he exclaimed, bringing his hands over her frigid cheeks. Vapor exploded out of her mouth and then she spoke. “You’re back?” she asked, the movement brows crinkled noisily as ice flew off of her face with each movement. Miles moved to wipe her forehead, but a menacing growl vibrated up his arm. He pulled back, his wrist suddenly feeling like it was on fire. “He’s very protective,” she whispered. “Destroyer, it’s him. It’s Milo. He’s back.” Miles frowned down at the white wolf, who bared his fangs and snapped at him. Drool gathered and began to drip from his gleaming teeth.

His light grey wings came out as he took off into the air. Like that would stop her. He really was an idiot. Faye jumped up into the air as she released a powerful blast at him. It hit his front, so she threw another one which was aimed at his wings. An inhuman shriek filled the air as the Moon Fire ripped through his wings. Gravity yanked his body downwards, and it thumped against the ground with a disgusting crunching sound. Not sure what broke but did not really care either. She stalked forward and was pleased with the outcome as he tried to move backwards. But he was seriously injured.

With one contemptuous flick of his wrist, he dismissed the whimpering mess to limp back and deliver my venomous reply personally. As the unified army surged forward with bellows of enthusiasm to renew the gory business of siege, I sprang aloft, wings churning violently to gain height. The air shimmered with heat from my kindled wrath. Updrafts from the burning city below buoyed me ever higher until I wheeled and dove, wreathed in flame.

I summoned my wings, and red wings flapped on my back as my body rose in the air and out of the hell of fire. Lucien’s eyes widened at the sight of me as he staggered backward and sat up. He built a barrier between him and me, but I watched as he inched backward on his ass as I slowly walked toward him. My hands were raised with my palms up, and fire emitted from them, but in between them, shards of big thorn-like spikes were dancing around.

Nikolas POV Four days later, Piotr finally told me they would be heading for me in two days. The number of warriors that Fredrick was bringing was impressive. They did not plan to use weapons, but it seemed the odds were on their side. Still, he implored me to be brave, and there was hope. I confirmed that Miles will be leading the Snow army. It was a shame that he would die a traitor to his kind and his parents. Fighting for the man that ruined his entire existence.

Blood sprayed across the underbrush. Ryker shifted late—too cocky, too slow. But he fought dirty. A swipe caught Link across the ribs. I screamed. And something inside me broke. The mark on my hand blazed. Fire erupted from my skin. Real fire. It curled around my arms like armor, danced down my spine, and poured from my mouth in a guttural scream that shattered the air. The wolves stopped. Even Ryker froze. I stepped between them, flames dancing in my eyes.

I saw the side of his lips twitch after Eli turned his back to him. Eli stood tall and proud, like he owned every inch of the rink. I hated that I couldn't look away. Ice hockey was chaotic. Fast. Violent. Beautiful. The puck moved so quickly that I could barely track it. One second, Eli was near the blue line. Then, suddenly he was racing toward the goal post. The entire arena rose to their feet. I found myself leaning forward. Just slightly. Eli dodged one defender. Then another. The goalie moved to block the shot. For a split second, everything seemed slow, like time was gradually passing.

He added quickly, angrily, as if hating the softness in himself: “Don’t make me regret it.” Then he turned away, leaving Elara with the unspoken truth burning between them— The Fire King was not cold. He was burning too hot to touch.

It affected him and he flew backward. I commanded the Axe to my hand and attacked again with it, he dodged every attack releasing icy fire from his mouth and I dodged every as swiftly as possible. Throwing the fire Axe straight at his neck, he saw that coming and released icy fire on it as the Axe bounced back. I grabbed it but the icy fire weakened the fire of the Axe as the fire suddenly stopped burning. The Ice dragon attacked me and I dodged the icy fire fight of him, moving from one place to the other and just then the Axe flamed back and I threw the Axe at him with more force and it penetrated him on his neck.
