I reached the wall, rolling against it, entering the smallest recesses in the rock, and saw what was beneath them. The wave had no limits. And if so... I rolled back, enveloping Innis...yes, that was true. She was an air mage, and far from the weakest one. Her magic was simply tied to her age. After she turned twenty, maybe twenty-five, her gift would finally awaken. Maybe even earlier, but only provided she suffered a trauma.

I had always assumed she was simply talented, dangerous and slightly mentally unstable. But this? This was not training or talent but something hidden and if it had been hidden inside her all this time, what else had we missed? My thoughts immediately turned inward. Purple eyes. The voice. The dream. The woman who felt like me but was not the version of myself I knew. The strange energy under my skin. Something in me had recognised Inara's beast. That part disturbed me most. Why? Why would anything inside me recognise something even Inara had apparently never known existed?

“It is you who does not understand.” I froze. Her voice dropped, deep and steady. “What you carry is not strength that can be trained like a sword arm. It is storm, fire, the breaking of earth. It lives inside you, hungry. If you force it before your body and mind are steady, it will consume you.” I shook my head hard. “I don’t care, I already lost control once. I…” My throat burned. “I nearly killed Lior. He was just a boy and I—”

He was glad no one noticed his abnormality. 'God bless her! She has Tier-2 spiritual power and [A] Rank Innate Power?! No wonder the beast fears her. But how did she get to that level? Not to mention only one in a thousand can have Divine Power and mostly at Tier-1. For innate power, the average student we get all the time was only [B] Rank or [C] Rank. [A] Rank is hard to find and only a number can be found each year. This girl… She is one of the geniuses! With high divine and innate power, she can go further than anyone her age!'

David assumed that within her true character, the fire was her strength thus as she focused she let the fire learn about her inner self. Anna drove the fire to follow her inner desires, and she made it curious, drove it, ignited her inner spark of pleasure, and ran to flow with it. She didn't let the negative emotions on their way to her heart, they made distractions that create a hurricane in her brain instead she channeled her tranquility and sunshine. The fire of curiosity and passion created that patience, erasing the things that were obstacles, creating a state to give rise to a logical path to that compassion she yearns for.

"But I know how to handle him." Brenna cocked her head to the side, unreadable. "You have gotten stronger," she said after a moment. "I see it in the way you walk, the way you talk. It's not obedience anymore; there is something more. Something fiercer." Ina's heart was quickening, but she pushed calm down. "I am learning to adapt," she said carefully. "That is all.".

Only a warrior with superior inner force can achieve it,” Violet explained coldly. Aurora staggered back several steps, feeling the impact disturb her core energy. The bitter taste of blood rose in her throat, but she swallowed it down. Though she struggled to maintain composure, her mind was in complete chaos. She had inner force too, but it was shallow. She had never believed in its utility. Since childhood, she had trained for practical combat, where strength was everything.

They are connected to the inner voice that one hears when reading a text. The mind is built on knowledge and wisdom being the structural steel that keeps it balanced. For knowledge alone can be unhealthy and some might say unbearable. Self-communication helps you to further understand the inner deeper meaning of your existence. Paying attention to every detailed message even if it seems to be unrelated to your prior goal motives triggers a form of hidden message. And when one learns to translate those messages and fully understand the meaning within them. They will tend to view the world in a more spiritual way rather than physical which in a way is a preparation for the unknown.

I had never imagined my life could be this way, that I'd have a pack to call my own and especially not standing at the head of that pack as a leader. My abilities are coming to me thick and fast now. The ability to use each evolving quickly enough that I now feel able to protect not only myself and Lora but anyone around us is at the time. But the worst ability I have is the ability to read each and every persons inner emotions. I haven't come across anyone in the pack that feel differently than what they've said aloud but I fear one day standing opposite someone and having to not react to their true inner feelings. Of course I'd be given a gift that is potentially hard to to navigate.
