Beyond Redemption
They roared and coiled, fueled by the bond that still pulsed between us.
Aaron’s voice twisted with fury. “You think love can save you?”
“No,” I said, stepping forward. “But it can destroy you.”
The fire exploded outward, swallowing everything — Aaron’s form, the darkness, even the ground beneath us. His scream echoed through the void as the flames devoured him, burning so bright that for the first time since stepping into this place, I saw color.
And then — light.
Edward’s POV
The trail of fire wound deep into the forest, flickering between the trees like it was alive. Every step I took made it flare brighter, guiding me deeper into the wilderness until the ruins and the mountains disappear
