I licked at my torn flesh and once I was satisfied that she was dead I quickly made my way through the burning trees trying to escape the smell of her burning flesh. When I finally broke out of the trees Harriet was standing naked outside one house crying with a small group of people. I looked around for Heather, but I couldn’t find her. Harriet noticed my presence and came running.

Boaz was beyond excited, but much to his astonishment, he is also aware that he had to be restrained. The fear of losing her, the fear of not ever getting this close to her, was like reins that held his wits not to do anything he will regret later.
