I get upset over just a few words, or even over the thought of losing him. I think it’s a good idea to try to get my mind off of all of that for now. I get dressed in a plain tshirt and jeans, and open my bedroom door. I swing it open and immediately run into a rock hard wall. I look up to see a werewolf there who I haven’t met yet. He’s a young African American gentleman, with a wide and muscular build. “Good morning, Luna" he greets. “I’ve been assigned to your guard detail for the day. The name’s Jace.”

He walked confidently, forehead high as he made his way into the venue. Others could not help but greet them and start asked questions about him, where he came from and what his relationship was with Miller. "What is your name?" A woman asked, this is from Miller's pack, it was obvious that her smile was fake on him but he just smiled as well. "Jace, Jace Jansen." He answered but Miller squeezed his hand that was holding it. "He is Jace Colt, From Colt pack." Miller's proud introduction caused those around him to gasped and started to talked.

Jace leaves the comfort of the couch and comes over to me so we can take a selfie together to post to his I*******m then as routine when we are all dressed up together we pose for a picture together for my Mother's photo album, I tell you it's thicker than a dictionary, after out photoshoot we all head out, my parents drive their jeep with Lacey while the twins ride with me. We pull up to the pack house and the music is quite deafening, there are wolves everywhere, chatting and having a good time, everyone separates into their cliques except for Jace, who is still hugging me around the shoulder, which is a habit of his I've grown accustomed to, he may fan off for a bit to speak to his boys b

'' I smirked and playfully poked him in the side. Jace and I didn't get to speak with each other much. He was cute, though. He was tall-hence the basketball- and he had long dark brown slightly wavy hair that was pulled into a quick bun. I especially loved his eyes, they were a light brown colour that reminded me of Zoa's iced coffee for some reason. He also had a moustache and beard that connected and cut low; he was very scruffy, and I liked it. He was basically the human version of an English cocker spaniel-cute and hairy.

Taylor was rubbing my back trying to get me to calm down. "What's going on?".I heard jace voice coming over to us. I move from Mr.Taylors arms and into jace's who hug me as tight,me crying in his chest. "What happened?".he ask but I knew he wasn't talking to me. "I don't know he just...I have no idea,why don't you take him to your room and try calming him down,he's gonna have a panick attack". Jace move with me up the stairs and to his room.I've been at jace house before but I've never been in his room and it looked cool.Not like a teenage room but like a CEO/celebrity.He sat us down on the bed and I cried some more.

I giggle, unable to stop myself. She is so cute! "Atlas Myles Rozell? Is he a werewolf, too?" My dad's eyes widen as he asks me. I laugh at his reaction, nodding my head and saying, "Yes! Atlas Myles Rozell is a young businessman, holding the position of a shareholder in your company. I was also surprised to meet him. I mentioned you to him and he agreed on your company's profit share. You give him a very handful amount, dad!" I grin at him.

I have my brothers, father, family and my men, the one thing I know is that when push comes to shove both my brothers will have my back and hers. "So as I was say she could be a danger to us because he knows her from varsity doesn't mean anything. WE HAVE TO GET RID OF HER!!!!" Lev shouts and before I can say anything I see Jaymes move on the bed and before I go to her she quickly grabbed the gun that was in front of her on the nightstand table. Jaymes POV

“Come on, I can smell your nervousness. Relax they’ll love you.” Ace says as he took her hand and placed it inside of his pockets. She smiled as she nodded. Relaxing with his touch. They walked into this large home, Runa was shocked it was bigger than Aces. A tall lady with blonde hair came from the corner and a male with a very daring appearance appeared. “Mom, dad, meet Runa my Luna.” Ace said as he kissed the back of her hand and smirked.

Clean, woodsy, and something darker underneath that made me want to lean in and stay there. I didn’t say anything at first. I was too busy looking. Jace wasn’t doing anything flashy—white tee that hugged his chest like it was made for him, a bomber jacket thrown over it, dark jeans that sat just right, and spotless sneakers. Simple. Effortless. And deadly. The lights in the room made his skin glow, smooth and golden-brown. His beard was sharp, and that little smirk he gave me when he caught me staring? Unfair.

“Of course. Honestly, I’d even be willing now, but with your treatment I’d worry you’d end up having to take care of me instead. So better to wait a few years. I’m still young anyway.” Hearing her speak with such certainty about their future filled Louis with even more determination to beat the illness. He nodded. “Alright, I’ll do my best to give you that.” “Not your best—you must,” Adora corrected firmly. When they reached the Walker estate, Jace came running out before they even got out of the car. He had just turned ten, tall for his age, tanned from his love of sports, and full of sunshine. Spotting his uncle and aunt, he greeted them warmly. “Uncle, Aunt!”
