I wasn’t even sure if he’d gotten everything settled with his frat brothers when he drove me to the airport in the morning. I tried to let those thoughts fade away while on my flight home. I put in my earbuds and decided to listen to one of the smutty werewolf audio books Hana has gotten me hooked on, Alpha Gray by CJ Primer, with Theo and Maddie as narrators. The book is HOT, and Theo’s voice… yeah, it makes for an enjoyable two-and-a-half-hour flight. I love how he changes his voice when speaking for each Alpha. Hana told me they’ve done the narration for the rest of the series, and I can’t wait to listen.

I am not scared of her’ I stood up losing my patience. ‘Harper, you need to learn how to talk’ I said sternly to her, but she raised her brow as if challenging me. ‘Oh really? Than prove me wrong and show us your mighty wolf’ her words caught me off guard, her eyes had a sarcastic challenge as if she knew I can’t shift. ‘What is this smell?’ suddenly Jack said, grabbing my attention towards him and following him we all inhaled catching up the ugly scent. ‘Eww, its disgusting’ one of the pups covered his nose to block the smell. I again inhaled deeply, and my eyes widened in fear, even Jack and Harper also were looking at me as if they had also recognized the smell.

“Rival packs. Rogues. Predators who would tear you apart just to see what happens when a human bleeds under a full moon.” Her mouth went dry. Dante straightened. “Rule three is the most important.” The room seemed to shrink. “You don’t tempt wolves,” he said. “Especially not bonded ones.” Ari laughed once, sharp. “I didn’t ask for any of this.” “No,” Kai said quietly. “But your body did.” Silence fell like a blade. Her cheeks burned. “That’s not—” “I can hear your heart,” Lennox interrupted. “I can smell what you feel.”

A smirk grows on his face, "no use in whispering, baby. We can all hear you easily. We're watching Elwi. It's about a woman who escapes prison to find her son." I nod as I pop some of the Sour Patch kids into my mouth, feeling my face twist at the sour flavors mixing on my tongue. An arm snakes around my shoulder, pulling me closer to Jacob. His arm is muscular. I feel so safe wrapped up in his body. You would think werewolves would be cold, but Jacob is damn warm.

Hazel's POV I gasped and almost immediately, everyone gathered around me. I saw as they squinted their eyes and darted from each page of the book. "Is this some kind of joke?" said Ryder, angrily, stepping away from me. He glared at me with hate and in the corner of my eyes, I saw Kaya move closer to Lorena. "It's no joke Ryder. I can read this stuff. This was why Kaya was able to read it. She still has her wolf eyes. Our regular human eyes can't decipher the writing."

I let out a nervous chuckle, clearing my throat. “Well… something like that. We were hoping you might help us answer some questions about werewolves,” I replied. Professor Kira’s eyebrows shot up, a spark of intrigue glinting in her eyes. “Werewolves, you say? How interesting.” I glanced over at Lyra, signaling that it was her turn. She leaned forward. “I’ve read your book ‘The Creatures beyond us’, and I have to say, you’re a phenomenal writer. I thoroughly enjoyed it,” she complimented, her voice brimming with admiration.

It wasn't the hum of servers or the applause of people. It was a **Howl**. A sound that was half-digital, half-animal. A sound that spoke of a hunger that had been dormant for a century. "The 'Hollows' aren't just processors, Elara," the Director smiled. "They’re 'Spawners.' And you’ve just 'Unlocked' the entire 'Bestiary.'" Jax—the "Hollow" Jax—began to change. His grey skin began to ripple. His fingernails grew into long, silver talons. His jaw unhinged, revealing rows of glowing, white-light teeth. He let out a roar that shook the very trees of the violet forest.

I yelled and the darkness went I could see the demon, a human muscle with red glowing eyes, I have her" I shouted and my grey fur lit up, I was a hell-hound with fire for fur and red glowing eyes " let's finish this," I said and threw a slash bit moved out of the way " Jack we don't have to do this again, you. will kill yourself and so will she" / " I better try, " I tried again but it just disappeared ," Jack get away from me" Eve shouted to the air " you beast get away from me " she shouted swinging her hands in the air

The authors always described the creatures’ eyes in such vivid detail. And suddenly I remember Jack’s eyes again. Slowly, I type into the keyboard: Werewolves with glowing eyes. Images appear on the screen. I scroll down to the pictures, and one of them immediately catches my attention. It shows a man with glowing red eyes, fangs, and fur on his face. Underneath the image it says it’s from a TV series called Teen Wolf. The eyes look similar… but Jack’s were different. Jack’s eyes were brighter. More golden.
