Namun, disaat Rianti hamil anaknya dirinya tega berselingkuh dengan wanita yang bernama Alya. Rianti melahirkan sosok bayi laki- laki yang kembar tanpa kehadiran Rustam. Sebulan setelah melahirkan bayi kembar tersebut, barulah mereka berdua terpaksa menikah. Namun, lagi- lagi pernikahan mereka diuji dengan kehadiran sosok Alya yang juga hamil anak Rustam. sehingga mengharuskan Rustam harus menceraikan Rianti. Ditambah lagi, Ibu Rustam juga kurang menyukai Rianti karena berasal dari keluarga yang menurutnya tak pantas menjadi istri Rustam.
