Jane Austen Romantic Novels Novels & Stories

I whisper not wanting to disturb other people in the store "Jane Austin again!" Lexi laughs. "look she kinda ruled the classics era, you know," I say with a shrug. I take a look at the books Lexi was caressing a minute back." any good read in the modern romance?" I point at the books assembled in the rack right in front of her. "oh yeah, I am a big collen hover fan. I mean verity and ugly love are my favorites of all," she reaches for a book and hands it over to me.

Over the past two weeks, Jane had found herself thinking of Lucie Manette as Grace Anderson, and every once in a while she was Darnay, but mostly she was Sydney Carton. "This is an excellent book," Jane finished reading. "It teaches you about the French Revolution, which took place in the seventeen-nineties in the country of France. It is a good book if you like history or violence or exciting suspense. It is a love story, too. All in all, it is an excellent book."

•Isabelle's POV• For my first class of the day, which was also my favorite, we chose Pride & Prejudice to analyze passages from. We'd also be reading it this month for the objective. We were focusing on the 1800's and the flow of Jane Austen's words.

Remy suspected she was planning to write a romance series about the Johnson young masters’ love stories. Remy’s cousins were afraid of being Jane’s target. They felt Jane was like a professional matchmaker. Love always found its way to one of them as soon as she found a target.

"I didn’t know the person the Cromwell family found would be her back then," Carl’s voice was calm. Old Mr. Jenkins didn’t tease his grandson for too long—after all, he was beyond satisfied with his future granddaughter-in-law. “Then you better put in the effort! If you don’t know how to woo someone, read some romance novels and get inspired!” Read novels? Carl had no intention of doing something so mindless. However, when he opened his phone and saw that a certain someone hadn’t replied to any of his messages, he casually scrolled and clicked on a trending romance novel that was wildly popular among girls.

’ My feet carried me slowly, across the room, my fingertips brushing against the shelves before picking up a book. Persuasion by Jane Austen. Nostalgia hit me like a train. “It's still here…” I whispered, picking up another book. Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë. I flipped through the pages, inhaling the faint smell of old papers. “It's all here, Andrew.” I croaked. “I know…” he whispered. “What do you two want?” A haggard voice asked, walking close to us. My eyes landed on a wrinkly figure, a cane to balance her as she walked closer.

Infatuated How does one know if they really, really, really like person? All night, I've been re-reading romance novels I've read. Jane Austen, F. Scott Fitzgerald, even William Shakespeare. All of the things I've read brought me to one ridiculous hypothesis. "I cannot fix on the hour, or the spot, or the look or the words, which laid the foundation. It is too long ago. I was in the middle before I knew that I had begun." – Elizabeth Bennet (Pride and Prejudice, Jane Austen)
