he said wedging the door with his hand and looking at his wrist watch. “Dinner is by 10. I’ll be done before you know it,” I said with a smile, pushed his hand away and shut the door. I turned to Sheba who was still lying on my bed, scrolling through her phone. “What do you think?” I asked her, hoping for some praise. She looked up at me and sighed. “You look amazing, Jane. But you know what would make you look even better?” “What?” I asked eagerly. “A different dress.” She said flatly and went back to her phone and I rolled my eyes and groaned.

THE HOT BILLIONAIRE'S LOVELESS INTENTIONS

Today is their last day. This is our last day as friends at the resort. "Friend, you're so fresh! I must have sprinkled a lot on you, right?!" Jane tempted me. Ellen followed this with laughter. I just rolled my eyes at them. "Ayieee! He was watered really hard oh. Blooming, blooming, eh". Ellen teases me. "Crazy people". We are now at Jane's cabin. Ellen and I just watched Jane as she packed her own things. We both sat on two chairs opposite the bed. We both finished packing so we hung out at Jane's cabin.

Loving Jane

Loving Jane

"Your actions have changed everything. I don't know how to move forward from this." Marine felt a heavy weight of guilt settle in her chest, knowing that she had forever altered Jane's life. She reached out and gently took Jane's hand, offering a small glimmer of comfort amidst the pain. "Don't touch me," Jane snapped, pulling her hand away. "Your touch only reminds me of what you've done." Marine recoiled, feeling the sting of rejection. "You wanted Brandon for yourself," Jane continued, her voice filled with bitterness. "You couldn't stand the thought of anyone else being happy, so you had to ruin everything." Marine's heart sank as she realized the depth of Jane's anger and resentment tow

“Who’s calling?” Jane’s heart skipped a beat. She did not reply immediately; instead, she told the old butler over the phone, “It’s late. Try and convince Mrs. Dunn that life must go on. Tell her to clean herself up and sleep early because tomorrow morning, she has to go and take care of your young master.” The old butler wanted to add something more, but Jane had already hung up. Only then did she raise her head. “It’s late. You should return to your room and go to bed, Mr. Stewart.” She indirectly tried to get rid of him.

I just finished reading the book, I enjoyed it and found myself looking forward to each chapter. There were moments where it felt neverending and repetitive, nevertheless I can't wait to read the end. In the meantime, I ask other readers what their thoughts of the book and how they hope it will end?

Absolutely amazing! I've been an avid lover of books for my entire life and I can honestly say that this either ties with my favorite novel, The Count of Monte Cristo, or might even surpass it with it's engaging plot, interesting characters, and a writing style that constantly keeps you wanting more

"Who are you to listen to gossip?" "It is not gossip, Austin promised Jane marriage only to shag her and leave for America. When he returned, he pretended he did not know her. Jane was distraught... I'd know because even her family had asked the church to pray for her when she was in distress." Stella was shocked. "I reckon Jane Kennedy is blind not ugly." "Is that all you can think of?" Evelyn sighed. "You're to blame for all this." "Don't be ridiculous!" "For every woman Austin has hurt, you behind it. Just remember that!"

Love the story. Do not change your story because readers might feel offended. Tell the tale as it is. Slavery is a fact and there was rape a daily struggle. But I do believe there was love as well. As I’m a proud mix race women. Born in a Dutch colony, these are the untold stories. Well told!!!

I defined give this book 100...️. Out of all the interesting books (and some not so interesting), this one takes the cake. A few grammatical errors, but at least you understand the actual story nonetheless. I fully recommend it for strong hearted readers. Different plot from the clichés in this app.

Billionaire Bentley's runaway princess

Billionaire Bentley's runaway princess

Her gaze moved between the two of them again, slower this time, her lips pressing into a small smile. What was it about this moment that felt different? Jane finished the last corner of the bookshelf, wiping her hands on the small towel tucked into her apron. She glanced at Charles, who was still on his newspaper, and Olivia, bowing slightly before leaving. Olivia’s gaze followed her as she left, her thoughts unraveling faster now that the distraction of Jane’s presence had dissipated. Her lips tightened as she sat there, grappling with a decision she had never imagined she’d make.

Frequently Asked Questions

It was her nephew, James Edward Austen-Leigh, who saw 'Sanditon' through to publication. He published a memoir in 1870 that included the fragment, which is how most of us even know it exists. I think it's fascinating that it was family, not some contemporary literary figure, who took on the task. It gives the whole thing a very personal, almost protective feel, you know? Like they were guarding her legacy.

He didn't just edit it, though; he framed it within his own biographical work. That context shapes how we read those tantalizing opening chapters. Sometimes I wonder if a stranger's hand would have been more 'objective,' but there's something fitting about her own kin completing the circle.
