Capitalist scum, Lauren thought as she dragged him in like a sack of flour. She'd been here before, so she knew the address. She used his fingerprint to unlock the door and shoved him onto the couch.
"Why are you so heavy?" she groaned. "You don't look heavy."
"Of course I'm heavy. I work out. It's all muscle," he mumbled from the couch.
Lauren turned around. "You're sober?"
"Sober? I'm just stating the facts. I'm not fat, I'm ripped," Joseph said.
