We were supposed to have the bathroom's foundation finished by today, so I figured they were both in there. Timmy frowned when I walked inside. "Dad called to see if you were here." Joey stood up from the floor and wiped his hands on his t-shirt. He looked like he'd been in trouble a few times in his life, with hard lines on his face, even though he was only thirty. "I told him your ass hadn't shown up. You won't make it long today, he's on his way," Joey said. I bit back the slew of curses on my tongue.

"Never." He grinned and swooped down capturing my lips. "Good." He grinned making me smile. I squealed as he pulled my nody into his laps. I blushed as I felt his member pressed against my bare bottom. "Joey hates me." He sighed breaking me out of my naughty thoughts. "He just needs time." I assured him. He leaned his head on top of my shoulder and sighed. "He thinks I'm going to hurt you." He cringed. "He's just very cautious around people he doesn't know." I replied rubbing his arm that was around my waist.

When the rest of the gang realizes who I am, they all stand to gather around me, firing off questions faster than I can process them much less answer. I hold up my hands to silence them all. "Guys." They're still talking and not listening. "Guys!" I raise my voice sharply to get their attention. Suddenly, they meet my eyes. "Stop, okay? I'll tell you what I know, but it's not much at this point." "You guys have been here for hours, how can they not know anything?" Joey's voice strains with emotion threatening to let loose. He lost his older brother, Jeremy, and Moby is his best friend. He will be the hardest to keep calm.

Joey says softly as he stares at his phone. I'm trying to stay positive, but my stomach is tied in knots with not knowing what's going on back home. There isn't anything we can do until we land. I don't like not knowing shit. Everything needs to end, and if a turf war is what it's going to take, so be it. May the best fucking man win. ***

He said. *Ivory Academy* Joey's school closed early today and the school bus driver couldn't make it on time, Joey stands outside the school premises admiring all the cars passing as he awaits the school bus. He saw a Royce rolls that caught his attention, it was so beautiful and it sparkled and shine. It was parked by the other side of the parking lott, Joey wanted to see a closer view of the car so he walked there and gently placed his hand on the car, that makes him so excited.

He chattered on restlessly “okay calm down honey, we’ll head to the temple after breakfast, so go take a wash and I’ll be done in a few moments.” Genevieve said as she straightened his hair, she then stared at his eyes, instead of it being green like hers or that of any other Hunter they were blue but the shade was so faint it almost looked like white, it looked extremely beautiful and captivating but it was for this very reason several people wanted him dead, he was different from everyone else and they were scared of it.

Gaby saw Travis making signs to the others to hurry. “It’s up to you to take care of him. Let’s see if it can handle many opponents regardless of how good he is. Take Gaby and bring her to me!” Travis ordered them. Joey’s got eight opponents. He doesn’t leave the post long to keep the men away from Gaby. Gaby couldn’t believe it; she was watching Joey. It amazed her at his speed and skill and the speed of his kicks, and his defense. No one could hardly see what was happening.

They reached a nearby cafe for their meal which Jenny had chosen for its quiet environment in order to break the news to Joey. "So, how's school? Are you holding up okay?" Jenny asked after they were finished with their orders. Joey was an intelligent student, having been able to become a high school senior even though he was just sixteen years of age. "Yeah. My teachers say I can easily make it to the country's top university if I keep this up." Joey beamed. He felt happy with his current progress, only focusing on his studies and not worrying about anything else. Jenny nodded approvingly, but before she could continue, Joey suddenly asked, "But you came to meet me to tell me something else

Joey nods eagerly and his eyes glaze over as he opens the pack link and I watch him give out my commands. Once he sends out the orders to the remaining warriors, Joey stays close as we both leave the house and go looking for her as well. Every step I take is painful, but I ignore it and keep pushing. After half an hour, we stop the search. “The men didn’t find her either, Alpha” Joey suddenly announces. “It’s like she managed to vanish in thin air. But that’s not our biggest problem,” he adds the last words in a cold tone, one I’ve never heard him use.

That doesn't seem matter to Luna Kristi, who has made it quite clear I need to disappear, or she would help me do it. As often as Alpha Joey’s eye wonders there won't be a pack left.
