Adam shouted, swinging the axe in his hand. My vision was getting real worse. "Do the thing." Emily said to Adam. I stared hard and tried to focus on what Adam was trying to do. He raised the axe as far back as he could, aiming at my head. "Emily wha-" I couldn't complete my sentence because the axe was already in my neck. The four of us stand up when five extremely large men walk in. “I am Kaden, and this is my cousin Alek. These two here are Brent and Lance.” I say. “Hey, I am Curtis, and this is Venom,” Curtis says. “I am Quade, and this is Zion. I am assuming you know Chaos.” Quade states.

He just wanted to find out who was lingering out of the dormitories when it was almost curfew. Adhler was surprised by what he saw. A couple of people are standing around the place, and a woman is slumped on the floor, unconscious. Or is she? He could not tell. Adhler is too far from the place to even see who that must be. But the scent that bothered him earlier made him walk in their direction. The group of people was extremely flabbergasted by his appearance. Adhler is someone they knew way back, and pissing him off would not do them any good.

I picked it up again and decided it was worth the risk and shoved it into the pocket of the pants he had given me. I stepped over the first body going down the steps, almost tripping as the blood made me slip a little. Adam was now at the fridge, the door open and peppered with bullet holes as he drank orange juice from the carton. “Thank ya.” He coughed out when he saw me, my eyes catching sight of all of him again. “Of course.” I mumbled. “Just want to be sure; none of these males are from yet pack?” He indicated the bodies, making me shake my head no.

“So Aida has turned vamp, and she killed Adela? You’ve got to be kidding me.” “I saw it with my own eyes. Everyone is pretty down over here, with Adela dying and all. She was a bitch, but she was still family to them, you know.” Jenna leans into me. “But what does that have to do with what you called about?” “I’m not sure, but it may be related. We found a body today, one of the warriors. His blood was drained….”

However, the werewolves sitting in front of him aren’t just ordinary werewolves but the strongest among their clans. “Let’s say that they do exist. But aren’t you scared? Both were normal reactions after what happened, but according to the doctor, if Adler’s body wouldn’t make any response after twenty-four hours, then he was done for. But that was something they could not afford. If they go back, and the Alpha found out, all of them would be doomed.
