The next second, Theo burst out of the room. "Theo!" I chased after him. Arriving at the yard, a wave of shock caused me to freeze in my tracks as I saw Carla and my daughter surrounded by three enormous Groyals at once! My scream split the night air, and fear overwhelmed me. Theo lunged at the three monsters, all claws out, and tore them apart. The sickening sound of tearing flesh and bones filled the air as he tore the monsters apart, one by one. Carla wrapped her arm around Lacie, and her shoulders were shaking. Around her lay three monster corpses after Theo managed to kill all three. I rushed to Carla and hugged her.

“First, it was a flying jellyfish. And now, flying stingrays. What’s next? A flying whale? At least I hope there won’t be any flying sharks.” “What are you whispering about?” Darrion asked. As if that wasn’t horrifying enough, the monster stopped to eat the dead bodies of the rogues.
