Jordan Silver Ebook Hunter Novels & Stories

I whispered, dropping to my knees beside him. His eyes fluttered open. Focused on my face with obvious effort. "Calla?" His voice was barely audible. "How..." "Shh. Don't talk. We're getting you out of here." Eden and Rikka appeared beside me, medical supplies in hand. Eden's face went white when she saw the extent of his injuries. "Silver poisoning," she said grimly. "It's bad." Behind us, the fight was ending. The vampires cursed and snarled as they retreated deeper into the forest. Jordan's half-shifted form was covered in their blood, his fury still radiating through the air.

Instantly, we feel Sirona’s pain at the loss of her mate. When we finally arrive on the scene, I realize that Eli’s fear was justified. It’s not that we’re outnumbered that is giving the hunters the advantage, it’s the silver. I slow my run as I look at the dead around me. I can see the silver leaking out of their bodies from the bullet wounds and I know we’re in trouble.

Waiting for clear shots. Behind them, Isla's evacuating wounded through the back exit. Fifteen wolves, some barely able to walk. She's guiding them out, keeping them quiet. I need to keep the hunters' attention forward. I charge. Gunfire erupts. Silver bullets rip through the air. One catches my shoulder. Pain like fire, spreading fast. Silver poisoning. Don't stop. Can't stop. I hit the nearest hunter hard enough to hear ribs crack. We go down together. Teeth meet face. He screams. Stops screaming.

"The Wolf Queen wants another child." Kael said it while unfastening my nightdress. "You bear easily. Carry one more for her." Ten months later, I gave birth to a silver-eyed daughter. The midwife cut the cord, wrapped her in black cloth steeped in scent-severing herb, and carried her from the room before I could look twice. She was the second. Everyone at court knew that Seraphine had destroyed her moon-vein saving Kael and could never bear an heir. Otherwise, no daughter of Silvercrest would have been welcomed into the Wolf Keep. To Kael, I was never a partner. I was the Moon-Bound woman chosen to give the Wolf Queen children and the royal line its blood. No one asked whether I consented w

The last silver is collecting the final hatchling in his front paws. “NOW!” I say to my soldiers. They drag the second harpoon launcher over the edge of the mountain. The silver turns and screams angrily at us before lifting into the air with the hatchling in his paws. “Hurry!” I yell as he begins flying away. When my soldiers are ready, I give the order. “Kill him!” They aim the harpoon at the silver who is flying quickly to get out of our line of fire. “NOW!” I scream. The harpoon launches, aimed at the silver.

I nudge Silver who turns to me, “I get what’s going on halfway but you said mom’s with the nomad’s Luna right? Can you try to link her to her mate? Maybe she can- “It’s no use Heather, they might not know the poor condition she had been in before we got there but, I’ve been injected wolfsbane so I can’t really mind link anyone properly. I barely got to you” “Oh…I see. That sucks” The nomads have been fooled to think their Luna is being well looked after, not knowing she had been in a terrible state and almost lost her baby. If we don’t get to them soon then they- wait, wolfsbane?! I give him a wide-eyed look and he brings his index to his lips with a smile, "Sshhh". 'This crazy idiot'. I sco

The air shimmered with latent magic, words hanging like dew. Ari raised her staff, channeling a stabilizing ring of energy. “Listen to me,” she said, her voice steady though her heart pounded. “The world is rewriting itself because the pact we made the Silver Pact was never meant to last forever. It was a bridge between silence and renewal. Iluren has crossed that bridge, and now so must we.” A young adept stood. “And what are we crossing into?” Siran answered for her. “A conversation that has no end.”

Alpha Jaxon arrived at the hunters' camp to see Jerry, who had summoned him. He saw Grayson and Evelyn as he walked by in the middle of the camp. He quickly hid his face and walked away from them. “I've finally caught Grayson,” Jerry boasted, laughing through his teeth. “Th…That's great,” Jaxon stuttered, feeling uneasy. “I've sent my hunters to Silvermoon to destroy it. Once I get the news about it falling into ruins, I'll kill Grayson and Evelyn. I need you to go over to Silvermoon and help my hunters,” Jerry said.

Darkson’s gaze snapped to her immediately. “So you must be Jordan,” he said coldly, walking closer. “How dare you speak to my brother like that? Didn’t anyone teach you the rules here, newbie?”He raised his hand slightly. Before he could move any closer— “Lay a finger on him,” Draven’s cold voice rang out, “and I’ll make sure your brother’s head rolls on the ground.” The hall fell into dead silence.

“We are not talking anymore, we are leaving for Silvercrest immediately. We need to get Ann here.” “Ann? What about her? You think she wants something to do with this?” Cayden asked with a sour tone. After Ann's betrayal, Cayden had zero patience for anything that had to do with her. “Yes, I just don't think so, I know so.” Silver said, rushing to back up some ancient maps. I didn't even know where he got them from. “For five hundred years, I have been looking for a clue about that ancient book that Jade mentioned in that dreamscape. Now, I have my answer.” Silver smirked.
