Jordan Silver Ebook Hunter Novels & Stories

Her throat dried up when she found him smirking at her. "My bad, I startled you," Hunter said casually, his hands tucked in his pockets and thumbs out. He was wearing black cargo pants, black combat boots, a black turtleneck with the silver chain dangling on his neck, and silver rings with his hair a ruffled mess. Those jade green hues stood prominently out like cold icy glaciers in all black. Silvia swallowed thickly as she lowered her gaze. She tried to stop the trembling of her fingers. The girl inhaled deeply before closing her eyes as she focused on the flow of magic in her veins.

LYRA'S POV The silver light leaves my hand like a scream made solid. It hits the first hunter square in the chest. He does not fall. He does not burn. He shatters. Like glass. Like ice. Like something that was never alive to begin with. His pieces scatter across the courtyard stones. Black dust rises where he stood. The other hunters hesitate. Their hollow faces turn toward me. I feel their hunger in my mind. Cold. Endless. But I also feel something else.

I followed Jordan's scent and came up behind him to see him speaking with Sandra. "It's over between us. Besides it was just a hookup the other evening and nothing serious," he was saying to the student doctor. I was shaking my head at the hurt I could see in her eyes. Jordan was such an asshole. He was a great friend and I did love him as such but not as a romantic partner. Are you absolutely sure that he's our real mate because honestly he's a real jerk, I mumbled softly to my wolf? I heard her low growl and say that there was something interesting coming from the left. I turned my head and my eyes widened at the hunk that was walking in wearing all black leather and carrying an M4 Carbine

I said, and I turned my horse around to look at the large, tarp-covered wagons that were parked at the very back of our formation. I signaled for the drivers to pull the wagons forward, and as the heavy wheels groaned against the rocky path, a group of men wearing white and silver armor stepped out from the shadows of the trees. They weren't wolves, and they didn't have the scent of any shifter I had ever met, because they were members of the Silver Order, the fanatical vampire hunters who spent their lives tracking down monsters like the Huntress. They looked out of place in a wolf war, but they had the technology I needed to deal with a hybrid, and I had paid them a small fortune in gold a

It was a pathetic and undeniable craven existence but it was how they were winning the war. Dave let out a sigh. "No. He used a HG blade." I nodded. A brilliant man named Henry Gomez spent his life developing a UV spiked, but essentially silver based liquid that could be applied to any metallic object, leaving a coat of active poison that would kill both shade and host upon entering the their shared body. Something in perfectly balanced formula temporarily imprisoned the shade and as long as the wounds you inflicted on the human were mortal, the shade shared the same fate. The HG liquid had become as precious to us as light bulbs. It was hard to come by at the best of times, especially out h

Thank you for pushing through and finishing book 1. Please let me know what you think! Book 2, Family Secrets is where I will publish any and all sequels. I am in the process of changing the title name to just The Silver Dragon Series. I plan for there to be a total of 6 books. Books 1, which you just read, through 3 will be Davina and Derek's journey to defeat those after her so she can live in peace. Book 4 will follow her daughter Maliyah, Book 5 will follow her twins and book 6 will follow her last child.

For the first time since the truce, they bled together. Trisha found the injured scout moments later—Ilyen, barely grown, face pale, ribs clawed open. A Hollow beast loomed above him, claws slick. With no pause, Trisha’s axe split its spine, blood steaming in the cold. She dropped to one knee, hand to Ilyen’s shoulder, and looked up just as Kael stepped into her blind side, cutting down another attacker. They stood back to back then, Ridge and Luna, surrounded by the dead and dying.

Then, softly: “I’d stand by you while you choose.” That’s worse. And somehow, it’s better too. The healer’s room smells sharp—herbs, cold stone, something old. Aron barely moves under the thin blankets. His chest rises, just a little. His wolf—nothing. Gone, or so far down I can’t touch it. I sit at his side, hands shaking. Mira stands behind me, voice gentle but firm. “Don’t reach. Listen.” I close my eyes. The silver inside me stirs right away. It’s drawn to the emptiness in Aron, like gravity finds a void. It doesn’t rush in—it hangs back, wary.

The man standing in front of me was frail. His height made him stoop. The moonlight captured his sunken eyes just right. He held a tome so thick I feared he would fall over. Despite its size it was a beautiful book. The outside was shiny black. Jewels dotted the front. The back was imbued with bright gold filigree. The man stood on an altar made of the same stuff. It was shiny black. It almost looked like water. I wanted so badly to reach out and touch it but I stopped myself. Something about this felt like a test. I don’t know why I got that impression but I dug my toes into the earth and clasped my hands behind my back.

Because an Alpha should not sound like that. Draven drops to one knee beside her, one hand pressed hard against the ground as black veins flash briefly beneath the skin of his throat. His eyes burn bright amber, unstable with fury and something far worse. The hunter lowers the silver disk slowly. “Interesting,” he murmurs. Serik lunges first. His shift tears through him instantly as he launches toward the hunters with a roar that shakes the trees. Gunfire erupts. Not ordinary bullets. The air fills with silver smoke and sharp metallic scents that make every wolf recoil violently.
