Novel & Cerita Just A Humble Bounty Hunter

While bleeding to death from different heavy injuries, the crescent moon scar of the Primordial burnt slightly beneath her skin and glowed dull dark red. The outside view of Sector 85 appeared as a huge vehicle garage, but inside it had an underground operational basement with special forces. They were called the ‘Hunters’. Their mission was to hunt down the werewolves and kill every last one of them. Their hatred for werewolves was way over the top. The five SUVs that entered the city a day before were an escort for the leader of the branch who was ordered to lead the mission after the news of the recent incident that occurred.

The hunters knew that they were getting close. They crept forward, their weapons at the ready, until they caught sight of Tate standing in a clearing, his massive form silhouetted against the moonlit sky. Without hesitation, the hunters opened fire, their silver bullets ripping through the air and striking Tate with deadly force. Tate came to realize at that moment that he had been on a bad path for so long and barely escaped from the hunters. He went back home to his brother, and Marcus gladly allowed him take back his place knowing that he really had changed.

Ramsy boasted. Delta Ramsy mustered little heed to Higgins' pitiful state as the spat to the soon to-be corpse in his wake. Hunters were members of the resistance, who were mostly humans that had their only goal to be liberating their people and domineering the greater mass of carnivorous beast that desired to usurp any attempts they made to establish a system like theirs or breed enough to try. Higgins' life was dangling on a thin thread, his hands laid across the two ends of the baracade by chains anchored to his wrists and a weakened resolve from that death that just insisted on taking its time before truly drawing the life out of him.

The police had to get involved, there were two police cars out the front of the diner. Ducking under the police tape, Damien stepped into his diner, he was feared by everyone, humans, wolves and vampires alike, he was known as the Blood Alpha and that was not just because Blood is his surname. Her sent hit him sending him into a short sense of euphoria, he had finally found her his mate after, eighteen years of searching he had finally found her.

...Hunter POV... I felt like pulling out my hair. For what seemed like the twentieth time now, the Huntress, whoever she was, had managed to foil my plans. I didn't know who this Huntress was, but she was driving me insane. No matter what I did, she always seemed to be one step ahead of me. Earlier on, I sent my men out to capture another lead. We had been tailing him for a week and found an opportunity to grab him discreetly. He was a minister of the government and was known for taking handouts. Making him an easy target for Silvio.

He then spitefully grinned at me, changing his serious mood. “What are you?” I staidly inquired. This is the first time I set an eye upon such a demon-like creature and based on my encounter with that other devil; they are riskier to fight than 'normal young to average' dragons. “What am I, huh, you are the second person who asked that question.” He deliberately informed, “But I will give you a different answer.” After a deep sigh, he replied, “I am a hunter.” I narrowed my gaze, furiously thinking about events and people that are connected to the word ‘hunter’, but none. Not a single memory about it. He mentioned a ‘bounty’ earlier. Is it about it?

He would kill Armando with his bare hands. Hunter didn't know how he spent the next five days in the warehouse. There was only one thing on his head. No matter what, he had to get his Silvia back. And for her, he'd do any f*cking thing. After a devastating week, he was informed that Armando with his six men was on the move. He was heading somewhere. This was the first time he stepped out of his rogue pack. Hunter had heard about this rogue pack a long before. The pack of ruthless rogues who slaughtered people and stole from them. The kingdom had sent a troop to kill these rogues but they all ended up dying.

I’d heard it before I’d seen him, whispered by people who didn’t want to be overheard. A bounty hunter, they said. The kind who always gets what he’s after. But standing here, watching the way he moved, the whispers felt incomplete. Hail wasn’t just a hunter; he was a soldier. Every step he took was deliberate, calculated, his body built like a weapon forged for battle.

It hit me now, these morons could be some newly recruited bounty hunters; It was always money. They held no resentment or vindictive vibes, enough sign that it was no banshee seeking revenge for a vendetta. There was no benefit in breaking a sweat when I could just bribe my way out. “How much is it? I will double it.” I hollered in the empty valley edge. “Miss, please! Don’t make it hard for us. We don’t want to resort to extreme measures but we are ordered to escort you back.” He informed in a stern voice though I could detect agitation in his tone.

We spot a few supernaturals. A group of bounty hunters, gathered near the entrance of a bar. They’re talking in hushed voices, passing around a worn-out bounty poster—my bounty poster. Achilles nudges me. "Oh, this is too easy." I raise a brow. "What are you thinking?" A slow, mischievous grin spreads across his face. "Watch and learn, love." "Oi!" He calls out, swaggering over to the group, his Aussie accent thick. The bounty hunters turn, sizing him up.
