The day before my wedding, my daughter and I got into a car accident. My daughter died instantly, and I was left with broken legs, condemned to spend the rest of my life in a wheelchair. Then he slowly exhaled a plume of smoke. "Melanie's pregnant. I won't let anyone compete with her child for the inheritance. And all of this is Lorelei's fault. She brought it on herself."

Camden Price's true love, Lynn Gardner, died on my surgery table. Unexpectedly, the malicious Camden chose to protect me from backlash and even proposed to me. During my late-stage cancer, I found the diary he left at home. Everything he did with me was what Lynn wanted to do with him. On the last page of his diary, he wrote hatefully, "She deserves to die." I did die. I died after Lynn was found alive. She had faked her death. I died on the day Lynn was marrying another man. You should be happy now, Camden.

Prologue Yanking my hairs back he asked "now where were we" before forcing his lips on mine, I bit his lips making him more annoyed. Within a twink of eye he tossed me angrily on the bed, throwing his towel away, he quickly reached for my clothes ripping them off leaving me stranded only on my panties. I tried fighting him off but got slapped so many times, still I didn't give up until he pinned me down making me powerless."no!" I screamed out still struggling with him "you can't let him win" my conscience kept screaming at me. Joe stayed still enjoying the view of her struggling, groaned out in pleasure "damn your so sexy" he cussed out before devouring her. She screamed, cried and begged him to stop but it he ignored her pounding her like a wild animal till she passed out, waking up later on she found herself still naked and alone in the cold room, that was when she swore to get her revenge at all cost.

My best friend and I go to a music festival together. There, my brother's girlfriend locks me in the toilet. "Young women these days are so shameless—I can't believe you had the nerve to seduce my CEO boyfriend! I'm going to teach you a lesson today since your parents obviously didn't raise you right!" She refuses to listen to my explanation. She pours dirty water all over me before slapping me in public and stripping me. Then, she brands me with an insult. “Mom, Dan, I received an offer from an overseas university. I plan to take it.” Lucille Shaw’s voice was soft in the silent living room, like a single drop of water rippling across a still pond. Her mother Victoria exclaimed with joy, "Really? Congratulations! When are you planning to go?" “In Ten days.”

My husband, Chandler Rotterdam worked as a researcher developing a new serum. I gave up asking Theodore for help and called my father-in-law instead. In my previous life, I begged Theodore to save me, even kneeling in front of the phone camera. Hence, he abandoned the hot-air balloon ride with Rosalie and rushed to negotiate with the kidnapper. Rosalie was all alone and angry. She took another hot-air balloon, but it exploded mid-way, causing her to die on the spot without even leaving behind an intact corpse. Hearing the bad news, Theodore showed a rare calm expression. He seemed to forget about Rosalie's existence and took me on a trip around the world. As we were sailing in Norwol, he suddenly pushed me into the sea. "I should never have saved you. Snake pit? Kidnapper? How could they have had the courage to push you into it? I should've never saved you if I knew it'd kill Rosalie. You should go to hell sooner!" When I opened my eyes again, I had come back to the day I was kidnapped. This time, I chose not to call for help. Humble love would only leave you bruised and battered.

As she collapsed to the floor, she swore that Andrei would die at her hand. Eight years later, she reinvented herself and became his assistant. "You put something In my drink?" He asked incredulously. "Yes, I did Andrei. You thought you could kill my father and go scot-free right?. Well, karma is a bitch, isn't it?. You sent my father to jail for a crime he did not commit and he died in prison because of you. Now you know how it feels to lose everything including your life Andrei. "You're wrong Selena. I'm not an opponent that can be killed easily. I rule this game you think you are playing Selena " he hissed darkly. He smirked suddenly. "There's this special clause in my company rules which say if I were to marry anyone who owned shares in my company then their shares become automatically mine, did you forget to read that all the while you worked here" "You must be out of your mind. I will never marry you in this world or the next" she fired hotly. "It's not up to you anymore Selena Martinez, I always get what I want and as you might have noticed, I go the extra mile to get what I fucking want," he whispered darkly...

Yvonne Xander had three of her ribs broken before she finally managed to escape from the mental asylum. After she escaped, the first thing she did was to sign the agreement to donate her body after her death. “Miss Xander, we must let you know that this is a special donation. Your body will be used to test a new chemical reagent. By then, there might be nothing of you left.” Yvonne pressed down on her aching chest. Her broken ribs made her voice sound like a broken ventilator. With great difficulty, she grimaced. “Just what I want.”
