When she turned around, holding a thick, leather-bound book tied with a dark blue ribbon. She came back and pressed it into my hands.
“What is this?” I asked.
“It holds everything I know about being a Sayer,” Kiara whispered. “The powers, fates, forbidden things, ancient marks, and the realms. I even wrote down what I found about Sayer lineages and pregnancy, because our biology is different from normal wolves. Take it. Keep it safe.
