House of Horrors Part 1

House of Horrors Part 1

Light and shadow danced upon them with every flicker of flame, and beneath each tiny sculpture lay enigmatic symbols reflecting the movements of mythical creatures, like enchanted tales carved in stone. His Majesty: The chair commanded its surroundings, naturally drawing every gaze and transforming whoever sat upon it into the center of the room. Any visitor would feel as though their presence was being observed or scrutinized by a power older than time itself. As the candles flickered, the sculptures cast twisting shadows upon the floor and walls, giving the impression that the chair was alive, watching and breathing with every step the visitor took, whispering that every part of this place

The Haunted Vibrator

The Haunted Vibrator

At the same time, the swing would be difficult to install into her ceiling. London did like the fuck machine as it was called. However, she didn’t know how she wanted to install it. There was a type of chair that didn’t have a proper seat. It was made from two separate planks with a huge gap in between. Supposedly each side was meant for legs to be spread and bound. The in-between was where the fuck machine should fit. The name for such a chair was known as “Queening Chair”. What a befitting theme!

Life After Prison

"No! I don't think you can find another one in the entire country!" Immediately, Claude stepped forward. "This Double Dragon Throne Chair looks so good. The dragon head statues looked so surreal. I don't think anyone could easily be worthy of possessing such a chair. Only a big shot like Mister Zachariah was worthy to own such a chair." "Haha. You think so?" Zachariah smiled even brighter as he felt happy upon hearing that. However, he did not expect Severin to pour a bucket of cold water over his excitement in just a second.

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

In the Grip of king Roderick

In the Grip of king Roderick

A grand chamber filled with opulence and splendor. Intricate tapestries adorn the walls, depicting ancient battles and noble conquests. A massive table, polished to a mirror-like sheen, dominates the center of the room. It is surrounded by six richly carved chairs, each one a symbol of power and authority. At the table, the six men of the seven kingdoms have gathered for a momentous meeting. They are seated in pairs, facing each other. Leaving the head chair empty...

By Order of the King

By Order of the King

Fortunately, at that moment, the rear double door opened, letting the king come in. Donncha broke off his intentions. Roisin walked up to him and took his hand. "Come, my love," she told him and pulled him gently by the hand to return to their seats. "Good afternoon," King Cinaed said with a broad smile. He moved forward and stood at the head of the table, in front of his imposing high-backed chair that reached a height well above his head. Unlike all the other chairs, they were the same – elaborately carved wood on the chair's back and legs and a built-in soft cushion where the nobles placed their majestic buttocks.

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

Multiple Lexington wood chairs had already been set out in a fan shape per the ancestors’ instructions in the center of the large main hall. Lord Wade’s seat had been placed in the center of the fan shape, and there were more than ten chairs to the left and right position of his seat. These were the seats of the direct members of the Wade family. There were also hundreds of simple folding chairs arranged neatly around the fan shape. These seats had been prepared for their foreign relatives.

Burrel O. Smither,
it is time to let the new readers know what they are getting into. This book is not finished. We readers that has gotten to the last part of this book are having to wait for the writer to add new pages. sometimes even a week or two.

Learning To Love Mr Billionaire

Learning To Love Mr Billionaire

If Edward was the chairman and was getting ready to hand over she was sure Cael would be getting it instead of Cade. “Wy are you still here?” Abigail watched him glued to the chair. “What?” “Aren't you going to get to work?” Abihaoil knew in her heart that she had to work as well or else this plan was going to flop badly.

One Night Stand with the Lycan

One Night Stand with the Lycan

It marked an important change in what was happening. Even though everyone's heads were down, I kept looking at the King. He moved with a purpose, each step intentional. He headed for a special chair that was different from the others. While everyone else sat on simple wooden benches, the King's chair was a work of art. It was a throne with detailed designs and covered in luxurious, dark velvety fabric.

The Destroyer

The Destroyer

I muttered, getting a stifled giggle from Ismene-Eirene, who nudged me with her arm. “Lord Ares, at least you are better at keeping appointments than Lord Eugenius or your father, for that matter." Eumeila greeted seated on her throne. Gods, her throne is gaudy with its golden frame and the large peacock feathers for a back. It reminded me that I needed to change the ‘throne’ room at the House. I refuse to use that awful chair that Eugenius did. It’s not like it was a relic of the original Ares. It’s just a hideous chair Eugenius placed there to try and intimidate others by having it made of Minotaur skulls. It churned my stomach every time I looked at it.

A very good read but the ending was suddenly abrupt. After not having an update for longer than normal, I came to check the comments to see if others were clamoring for updates only to see that the story status now said completed. That said, I hope to see other stories set in this world.

What a brilliant and enjoyable read. Fantastic characters, great storyline, definitely a book I could not put down and would happily keep reading if there were more chapters! Looking forward to reading a sequel very soon in the future, thank you author!

Reborn as a Billionaire Heiress

Reborn as a Billionaire Heiress

I tried to tell myself that I should believe him, trust that everything would be fine, and nothing would happen, but since I had not lived this part of life, I had no idea what would happen, but I held my head up high and let him lead me forward to the center of the hall. At the center of the hall, beneath the celestial dome, were two ornate chairs that resembled thrones. They were side by side, and their high backs were carved with celestial motifs of moons and stars. They were separated from the guests by a velvet rope. It was at the center to ensure all eyes would be on us.
