“Hey, kid! Who are you calling squirrel man?!”
I’d be rolling on the floor right now.
The kid flashes him a wide grin. “It’s you, mister!”
“Behave yourself, Bran.” The kid’s mother says. She flashes us an apologetic smile. “My apologies. He doesn’t know when to stop talking,”
“It’s fine. Bran, right?”
The kid nods vigorously.
“This mister over here is not just a squirrel man. He’s also a fairy.”
Bran’s eyes widen, sparkles filling them. “A fairy?! He’s a real fairy?! Where are his wings?! Mister Squirrel, can you show me your wings?! Please?”
