A loud and persistent knock permeated Becca’s sleep, three days after her confrontation with Dan. She ignored it at first, in the hopes that if she did so long enough, whoever was at the door would go away. No such thing happened though, as the person persisted in knocking until she finally had to stand up grudgingly and pad to the door to open it. DANIEL’S POV. I had waited for a while before I knocked on the door. I knew she was on the call with someone and I didn’t want to disturb that, however, it was taking too long and I knew I had to enter already. At first, I had turned the knob of the door but when I noticed the door was locked from inside, I shook my head and then knocked. I was going to pay her back. Walking in on her while she walked out of the bathroom like before or while she was naked was going to be so fun but disappointment soon rushed me when the door was locked.
