Bryan shifted into his wold knowing what was going to happen. The Rouge appeared to be distant in his mind almost like he was mind linking, then he looked at me and laughed I squeezed his neck harder. "You made your choice and now Roman know. You better hurry to the castle" he hissed the snapped his fingers and the Rouge behind him jumped into action. I didn't give him a chance I took my other hand growing claws and dug it into his chest the ripped out his heart. I drop his body only to be tackled by a another Rouge. He bit into my left shoulder digging his teeth in.

“I came here because I want to fix our ties, but then she refuses to, and instead she goes to attacking me!” Rouge glared at me, gritting his teeth as if he would kill me. Breathing heavily, I shake my head. “That’s not true! You provoked me that’s why I pushed you! I just defended myself—” “Shut up! Shut the fuck up, Cassandra!” He yelled to cut me off. He helped Rachel stand up; two helpers came to her and guided her out of the room. I saw how Rouge caressed Rachel’s arms first and whispered that everything would be okay before she left us both inside.

Kendra smiled calmly at the rogue, even as her blue eyes stared coldly at him. “I would rather be dead than betray my friends,” Bunny roared and launched at Kendra. “I was hoping you would pick the hard way,” Kendra mutters excitedly as she easily parries away the rogue’s attack. The two faced off in their human form, with Kendra having the most fun playing with her query. Frustrated at not being able to lay a single blow on the brunette, while his body is full of knife wounds, the rogue called his other half into the fight.

He whips around to attack me again, but I just kick the knife out of his hand, shoving him as hard as I can on the chest until he flies to the opposite side of the wall. The concrete cracks as he falls over. And before he can get up again, I lunge towards him, grabbing him by the neck and slamming him over and over on the concrete until I can see blood splattering against the wall. He tries to scratch me, but I grab his other arm, snapping it off his body as though he's made of wood. More blood spurts out of the stump that used to be his arm. Only his blood is not red. It's black, like the Rogues' blood.

Time slowed. An arm came into my line of sight and pulled my arm from the rogue’s grip. “Who the fuck are you? We saw them first!” The bulkier one growled. Alpha Kane didn’t bother answering the question. His claws slashed through his throat in a fine line. Blood poured. The other rogue fell to his knees, staining the long train of Kane’s dark fur coat. “Please spare me,” he rubbed his palms together. Kane stared down at him, his dark eyes a glowing red. The rogue scurried away in a second.

He had made a stupid action. The rouge alpha took a moment for a quick rest. Once he saw Marcus turn his attention to the other direction, he wasted no time jumping to Marcus. The rouge alpha opened his mouth, showing his deadly sharp fangs, loud growling was heard. He was aiming for the alpha leader’s neck. Just one bite at the alpha leader’s neck, he would be history the next second. But, Marcus, being one of the best fighters of the pack, his instinct and sense were no joke. He avoided the sudden attack, again. But unfortunately, Marcus was not quick enough. The alpha rogue claws strike-through Marcus’s chest.

I winced at the hurtful twinge, my expression scrunched up in endurance. “How dare you?” His angry tone growled at me with his eyes beaming with anger, “How dare you stab me twice and disrespect my privacy?” Rage swarmed largely around his aura and just opposing his side I could feel the intensity. He pulled out the claws stuck into my right shoulder, and I could only yelp with my breathing falling short. Still longing for peace, his left hand that just left my shoulder went up and descended right on my face with the claws slashing across my cheek and drawing cuts that has blood spilling out.

Marcus' hard voice cut through the moment, drawing the attention of the other rogues to where we were. The rogue gave me one more look, as if it was trying to pass across a message, then with one powerful leap it crossed the chaotic hall, fleeing into the night. The fighting seemed to last forever but could only have been minutes. Gradually, the rogues were subdued or driven back through the windows. The last one fled into the night, leaving behind shattered glass, overturned furniture, and shocked silence. Kieran shifted back to human form, his tattooed chest heaving. It was a hit, though not hard enough to knock him down, but enough to make him stumble and roar in frustration. Kyle didn’t wait. He charged, slamming into the rogue and shoving him against a tree. The rogue fought back, swinging at Kyle’s head, but Kyle ducked and drove his elbow into the man’s jaw. The rogue groaned. Kyle hit him again. And again. The rogue’s head snapped back, blood flying from his mouth. He reached for Kyle, but Kyle twisted and punched him in the ribs. It was at that exact moment the leader of the rogues clapped, drawing my attention back to him.
