The Nerd and the Hockey King

The Nerd and the Hockey King

Names circled in red ink. He looked exhausted. His eyes stopped on a newspaper clipping of Lily smiling beside him at a school fair. “I should’ve protected you.” He whispered. His voice broke. “I’ve been chasing the wrong answers.” Slowly, he reached into the hidden compartment again. His hand moved past the locked file. To another folder hidden beneath it. Unlike the others, this one was thin. Its cover was dark blue. Across the front, typed in neat black letters, were two words. PROJECT L Carter froze.

His eyes were missing. My eyes are on you, Lilia, the bloody note read. Lilia’s scream rattled the walls. “Get it away! Take it!” She slammed her hands down. “Why can’t I kill her?!” “This seems to be written in Silence’s format,” her maid said calmly. “You think Silence would save her?” Lilia laughed bitterly. “Impossible. Just some fool trying to scare me. I will kill her, by all means. I am Lilia Kuznetsov.”

Master of Life and Death

Master of Life and Death

Cassian said as he held down Dunley, who was about to get up. "Don't worry about me. Take Anthony and go!" Dunley said grimly. "Go? Do you think you can still go anywhere?" Sneering, Leland got back on his feet. What the hell? Cassian's eyes widened. "You must be wondering why I'm not dead yet, even though you killed my life-bound parasite," Leland remarked smugly. "Well, it's because my life-bound parasite isn't dead." "That's impossible!" Before Cassian made his attack, he'd used the All-Seeing Eye and saw that Leland's life-bound parasite was a tiny bee hiding inside a blood vessel under his ribs. The needle should've killed it for sure.

Secrets Behind The Mask

Secrets Behind The Mask

"And a package was delivered to Miss Gardener's apartment two days ago. A dead bird with a threatening note signed 'L.'" "A dead bird?" Liam let confusion and revulsion cross his face. "That's—that's disturbing. Why would anyone do that? And why do you think I—" Understanding dawned, orchestrated and so fucking perfect. "Because of the 'L'? My first name starts with L, so automatically I'm the suspect? That's circumstantial at best." "The note referenced Miss Gardener's relationship. Implied threats against her and Mr Heywood."

Amazingly well written.I wish for top ratings. You have written this book on the main characters and then also continued on with the stories of their friends..and the book plot did not drag on..great characters/stories development-very seamless & smooth storytelling..not confusing and muddle through.

Her Daughter’s Lover

Harder. “Who left this?” he demanded. Lucian shook his head. “We don’t know.” Adrian crouched beside the scrapbook, examining the first note without touching it. His calmness wasn’t comforting—it was clinical, the kind of calm that came before a calculated takedown. “He wasn’t supposed to die,” Adrian read aloud, his voice low. “So whoever wrote this thinks the death was deliberate… or premature.” Arian’s little fingers clenched around my shirt.

HIS FORBIDDEN TEMPTATION

HIS FORBIDDEN TEMPTATION

he said slowly, “whose name starts with L?” I blinked. “L?” His gaze was unreadable. But his jaw was tight. “Roses came in for you today. With a note saying come back to me and then ‘L.’” The blood drained from my face. “Liam, my ex.” I breathed. Lorenzo laughed—but there was nothing amused about the sound. It was low and dangerous, the kind of laugh you hear before someone gets buried in the woods. “That’s what I thought,” he said. “The bastard sent you roses. He either has a death wish or a delusion.”

Remember to forget you

Remember to forget you

The next thing was a very loud bang and Dee's blood all over his face, cloth, gun, and floor. "That's evil," Davidson said "You should have let him live" "I didn't like his reply" was Lu's dry response as he walked away from his brother. "No one there" Davidson yelled "It's all empty, we killed then all except one" Lu didn't reply to wait, he just head forward to look like a zombie. Something strong keeps on telling him that he might get something related to Alita where about. "Dante Lorenzo," Lu said to himself "that last name sounds so familiar"

She added. "Yes, that reminds me, talking about messages, he placed a note beside her and it seems to be for you Lyra!" He said bringing out the note from his back pocket. It was folded neatly, with Luna written on it in block letters. Lyra slowly took it from it and opened it. "Your empire crumbles. Death follows in its wake, my goal will surely be accomplished, one victim at a time. Tirich" she read out loud and slowly looked up at them.

But she would be that selfish. Also explains why she didn’t shift and try to fight back. She also reeks of at least two males and their cheap cologne. “Welcome to the Flying Death Nina,” I say, as Missile steps back, reaches into his jeans and lights up a joint. When he passes it, I take a hit. She sits up, but Klunk’s wolf sits close and doesn’t let her stand. “The… Flying… You’re in the Flying Death,” she mumbles, her eyes wide.

This book has everything in it. Steamy lovemaking, family, danger tigers and more. This book is unlike anything I've read before and it exceeded any expectations I may have had. Brilliant author who never disappoints.

I really enjoyed this story. Your werewolf stories are so different from the typical ones. This one was more like gangs and MCs. It makes it unique. I loved it. I would really love to see a sequel for this one.
